"i was surprised that the room was not cleaned everyday. I'm not that fussy about my room being cleaned, but I would expect my coffee to be refilled and the garbage emptied each day."

"The bathroom had damages. The walls were scratched and had holes in the paint. The shower floor was very slippery and I was afraid I was going to fall. The bathroom floor was also slippery when wet. The step into the room from the outside was too high and I actually fell, which required the fire service to come and help me get up."

"Great location, right on Centennial trail with lovely river views. Easy walk to nearby restaurants. 2 miles from downtown beaches and Sherman St. The buffet breakfast was nice and the gym and pool were fabulous."
