Cannot fault the hotel at all, michelin star restaurant in the hotel which looked wonderful, we only had the breakfast but that was fantastic. The area was brilliant as walking distance to everywhere you would want to go. Just a wonderful experience "

"It was a beautiful renovated building; our rooms (family) were lovely, spacious and well-equipped, and the bathroom was excellent! Overall, the town of Bath was wonderful, full of history and beauty. We did tons of shopping and a walking tour (highly recommended), and the restaurant across the way (Crystal Palace) was most excellent!"

"Charming and cosy rooms with a large clean and modern bathroom. The highlight was undoubtedly the breakfast and the extremely friendly staff. We were stuffed by the end and had to decline the offer of seconds - delicious and tempting as the full English was."

"The decor of the hotel was beautiful and the rooms were very lovely, the dollhouse with the tea and coffee etc is so cute. The bed was comfortable and the staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel is in a wonderful location and very close to everything."

"Beautiful hotel in a superb location. Room was a good size with fantastic view across the park at the front of the hotel. We had requested a walk in shower due to accessibility issues which was provided, however the bathroom was extremely small which wasn’t ideal for someone with disability issues for ease of moving around. "A super place to stay for our first trip to Bath. Liz was a very welcoming host and very helpful during our stay. Our rooms were comfortable and spotless and had great facilities. The location was easy to get into the city centre using the local bus service. We enjoyed the optional breakfast which was very filling and set us up for our day. A lovely find and recommended 10/10. "
