"This was the perfect place for a retreat with a mix of southern hospitality and the country life not far from civilization. Mitsy and Jason were the best host we’ve had thus far. They do their best to ensure you have fun and relaxing experience with all of the games, ATV and trails as well as the hot tub! You won’t be disappointed we definitely weren’t. Be sure to visit the pigs especially Jolene and her mini Jolene’s and big ole Mac. Lol ask for a conversation with petunia. "

"Very nice well kept tiny house. We felt very comfortable and slept great. It had a great little deck overlooking a pond. Only a couple of minor issues - the house is pretty close to the highway so there was some road noise but a fan in the bedroom provided enough white noise to cover it. Also, be aware the cell service was limited. We have ATT and were not able to use cellular. The house does however provide wifi with internet so one can utilize that for texting and wifi calling. "This property was just fantastic!! The home was so cozy and the pool and outdoor rec facilities were just right behind the house! The kitchen had everything we needed to be able to cook meals for our family! We loved seeing all the wildlife"

"We all loved this home so very much that we are thinking about already booking for next summer. From the perfect location, beautiful home and decor to the relaxing back patio to hang out on and wait for deer to wander up. The house was so clean with plenty of towels for everyone and the kitchen was stocked with any dishes we may have needed. Host was friendly and communicated so very well. Can't wait to return!! "

"There is almost no where to stay in Gilmer, but this cabin was perfect. You can hear the road noise, but it’s really not horrible. We have family of 6, with kids between the ages of 1-14. Everyone had their own bed, and our older kids thought the loft was really cool. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. The A/C works great. My kids enjoyed walking the property too. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit family. "

"Another great experience at Pine Grove, peaceful and relaxing. The house stayed cool in the heat and the trees provided plenty of shade. The fishing was excellent as we caught over 40 fish in 3 days. And don’t miss the opportunity to interact with Paula and Jim. They are very nice people and very f you need anything just ask. "

"Absolutely beautiful home and property! The game room is ridiculously entertaining and the hot tub is just outside in a great lil nook that is very discreet & private. The kitchen (where i spent most of my time) is perfect with any & everything you can possibly need. My Grandson's love the stairs and the bunk beds. Beautiful home! Probably gonna do it again next year!"

"Julia's Cottage was the perfect place to stay to get away from it all and to rest and relax. As a host, Vicki was always available, always communicating and helping with whatever was needed, while at the same time helping with suggestions of how to make the stay better! The check in and out process was easy, the stay was perfect, the area was very clean! Looking forward to staying here again in the near future!"
