"On this very hilly community, this house is within walking distance to the club house, tennis court, pool and the camel back water park. As we went to explore by car, we realize how lucky we were. Any other unit is on very steep terrain. No leisure walks optuons.or walking to the clubhouse. This is a prime location. The house is beautiful and immaculate. They keep an eye on the details. Supplies are abundant. Things like toilet paper, shampoo, etc. Loved the coffee maker. Going to buy the same...

"The home was absolutely lovely. It was located in a nice and quite neighborhood, but was close enough to Walmart, Aldi, multiple food restaurants, and multiple gas stations. A few reasons for the low rating include, house could have been much cleaner, there was visible dust all over the house, couch cushions were stained and even some of the comforters were stained. Also unfortunately although there is a fireplace it does not work. Backyard was nice and spacious but again was not well kept and...

"Phil and Gaby are wonderful people..my family and I felt at home. Phil was very helpful and easy to work with . We had no issues with our stay ,expect we didnt want to leave . We look forward to doing an annual trip and staying at Phil's . Thanks again! "

"We had a wonderful week. Beautiful house, loved how shallow the lake was. Everyone really enjoyed themselves. The only problem that we encountered was the WiFi.We will definitely be back again, one day. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Kevin’s vacation home! The house was exactly as shown in the pictures clean, peaceful, and well-equipped with everything we needed, from utensils to toiletries. Kevin was an excellent host with perfect communication and very helpful throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the heated swimming pool and had lots of fun. The location was quiet and relaxing, making it a perfect getaway. We definitely recommend this place!"

"Wonderful stay for a relaxing week. Found everything to be exactly as described in the listing. Our pup thoroughly enjoyed the fenced yard and watching the deer from the windows. We enjoyed all the house had to offer, from games, to grilling out, to the hot tub. The fire pit was a real hit on the chilly mornings. We found the house clean and stocked as described. The AC units did struggle on the 80 degree days, but the ceiling fans kept the space comfy for all. Host communication was excellent....
