"Ioana was a super responsive host and it meant a lot to us. We felt very welcomed and taken care of. Every little detail was taken care of and made the stay very easy. "We really enjoyed our stay at Catch More Resort. Very peaceful setting, loved being able to sit and look at the lake and listen to the birds. Liked the availability of the kayaks, canoes and swimming pool. Beds were very comfortable and we appreciated that we had our own fire pit, the wifi was great and there was lots of parking. "Loved our stay at this cottage! The dock for our boat was perfect, we got out fishing everyday. Clean and a great size for the 2 of us plus our dog. Outdoor space had great activities. Communication was good as well. Perfect on the lake location, couldn’t beat the view. "

"I booked 7 months in advance. Three months prior to stay I had a change to my travel plans. I requested cancellation of the first night of my 9 night stay to accommodate my itinerary. I was told it was not possible. I sent them a copy of their own policy that showed it was allowed. Carstin (the property manager, I presume) said that they would discuss the request with “the team” and keep me posted. After 5 weeks of not hearing from him, I requested an update on the cancellation request status....
