"Loved the building and unit I stayed at! The unit was clean and had the right supplies for my stay, which was wonderful. The whole place felt quiet and safe. The main downside was communication from Mint House itself. There's an important email for move-in that I didn't get until I called, the key system (for getting the key) didn't work so I had to call again, and apparently parking is $30 per day which was a convenient fine print thing they did rather than include it in the overall cost. "

"This property accepted same day bookings but then declined to allow access for 72hrs or two business days. They originally said access would be allowed after 2 hours and took our damage deposit. After we paid the damage deposit they declined to let us in until after our check out day so they could confirm funds that were sent arrived in their bank account even though it was credit card through Expedia. Since we couldn’t use the property we requested a refund and they declined. We never stepped...

"Glitches in communication sent me to an incorrect apt complex, was redirected to a different part of the city, turned out much better than the incorrect one, very nice, cleanliness not on par with concierge living, overall, very comfortable. Need instructions in the apartment for better communication. Had to wing it on a couple of things..."

"The place is beautifully decorated and the host was kind and responded very fast. I love how we were close to everything and we had an option to park in the garage which helped instead of trying to find street parking. I felt safe walking around the neighborhood. Would recommend "

"The space and location was perfect for us. Great amenities. Beautiful view from the gym and rooftop pool. You also have a private patio for great photos. Highly recommend will definitely stay again! Easy check in and check out."

"The house was beautiful. Good spot for visiting downtown Houston, drive wasn't bad at all. Easy check in and out. AJ was very responsive with questions I had, I asked quite a bit lol. Whenever I do come back to Houston, I'll definitely look the house up again. Thanks you so much for allowing us to stay! "

"The stay was in such a good location, we were able to walk to a few different spots saving money on ubers since we didn’t get a rental. The unit was really nice with such a good view being on the 8th floor seeing the whole city. There was a pool that we checked out one day and met a few locals who told us some cool spots to check out. I would definitely love to stay here again when we visit in the future! "
