"I have been a long term customer of Sonder and love the self checkin process. Since Sonder no longer in business, I thought I would try this property since it markets itself as a former Sonder (I had usually stayed at the John St and Platt st Sonders in the Fin District.)

"Absolutely avoid if you need to sleep at night. I was on the 4th floor and jet lagged. Could not sleep for 2 nights. Affected important meetings in the days. You can hear other rooms, people conversing on the road and every horn and siren from the streets and from far away.
Never coming back here again. Avoid at all costs."
