"This hotel is beautifully located on the South Umpqua River. We loved the location. It was very beautiful and quiet. There is a big renovation going on, but the outdoor area looks lovely. We had good sleeps and it’s very convenient to get to. The staff were great."

"They come around and clean the rooms every 3 days unless you want them to clean them sooner. The staff were very friendly and the Breakfast was one of the best I have ever had! What put it over the top was the White Gravy and Biscuits! I have never had that offered anywhere before and it was delicious 😋. While I was there they repaved the parking lot and they did a great job! All in all it was a fantastic place to stay! I will be staying there again every time I'm up that way!"

"I’ve machine out of order, quite a bit of hair in thee bathroom, mostly bathroom floor and in the tub. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable. There was no shampoo or conditioner. Bit of a surprise."

"The bed was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic. Rooms were very quiet. Was extremely hot and the AC worked perfectly. Nice and quiet and provided a white noise for restful sleep. The brown carpet wasn't very clean and had little bits and pieces on it but we didn't mind too much. Very helpful night staff and the owner was a great guy. He just finished repaving the front parking area and is in the process of removing the carpet from the rooms and installing laminate. He...
