"The property is in a beautiful location. The area Rose is a quiet fishing harbour with a few good Restuarant’s. Cars need to be parked to the edge of the village so it is car free zone. Staff are very kind and helpful… helping with bags etc. we did not eat in the Restuarant at the property but the food looked good. The pool and terrace areas are stunning. In May, the pool was cold, but we went in anyway. Overall, lovely spot in Herceg Novi, right on promenade and a pleasant 10 minute walk to Old Town."

"Die Parkplatzsituation am Ortsausgang ist katastrophal. Leider war oftmals niemand vom hoteleigenen Personal zugegen, sodass man auf die Hilfe der "Konkurrenz" angewiesen war. Es fehlt eine Kennzeichnung der Hotelparkplätze, da sich mehrere Hotels den Parkplatz teilen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel lief erst nach der Anreise einigermaßen gut über WhatsApp. Zudem war das Essen im Hotel eher unterdurchschnittlich."

"The property itself is amazing. Near by the Porto exclusive area. All the staff are amazing Lobo, Font Desk receptionist, is incredibly helpful. The staff at Murano rest assured me all requests I have been asked The area itself has a lot to do, but without the crowds as the old town has. The Kotor Old Town is about 25 mins away in car. We rent a car and was the best idea."

"By far one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The location on the water can’t be beat and the views from the room are Instagram worthy. The staff were extremely helpful throughout the stay. Unfortunately we missed our connecting flight and only had one night here but it is for sure in our list for our next visit. An extra perk is the wonderful free breakfast."
