"Everything at this location was as shown on the listing and it was very clean. We were very satisfied with all elements of this stay. We were there for a weekend and did not use the place heavily, but it suited our needs. It's a quiet location. They had all the major points covered. The only negative comment I have is that the water out of the tap was smelly. I suggest bringing a couple of bottles of water and not drinking the water out of the taps. This is obviously a well maintained home...

"The apartment was roomy. Plenty of room for our pups and our twin granddaughters when we babysat them. The property outside does not appear to being cared for. The apartment is over the garage of a house. And, as said in a previous review, the bed is not a queen...it is definitely just a full. The location itself is quiet and easy to walk around just a few houses down from the ocean. "

"Absolutely gorgeous setting! We spent every morning (and most evenings) in the Adirondack chairs overlooking the water. The house is impeccable and updated. Initially we felt far from everything but found quaint waterfront restaurants and shops in a Deale and Galesville. Jays Latin food and Corner Grille were great spots too! We will definitely be back!"

"The location was spectacular, the host was communicative, and we had a great time! A beautiful and clean home with everything needed to make a trip a success. One small issue with some needed essentials meant a quick run to the store (TP!) but otherwise a great location, great stay, and would stay again!"

"Parking situation good, just a half block away that covered one car, then for a second car 15/day which wasn’t bad. Overall comfortable but the pullout couch not so much. A stair banister would have been much appreciated and safer. Also more bedside tables for phones, glasses etc."

"We had a lovely stay at this charming cottage on the bay. Everything was well maintained, the host provided strong communication, the grounds are beautiful, and our family found the hot tub to be a wonderful place to both relax amidst nature and reconnect . Also our 2 little dogs felt very much at home there with us. We took several wonderful walks in the neighborhood and we enjoyed exploring Annapolis. We would gladly return someday!"

"Very responsive host and very personable. We enjoyed the space and the spent a lot time on the dock trying to fish lol but did catch a few crabs. Only a few suggested improvements: pillows are hard and we woke up with crooked necks... would return but will bring pillows from home. Also a garbage disposal would be nice... we cooked a lot and I was in overdrive trying to catch any food from going down the drain and couldn't help but think most guests might not be so type A. Also for those who cook...

"The carriage house was fantastic, my daughters and wife loved the feel and decor. We were passing through Annapolis on the way home from vacation and decided to visit overnight. We would have gladly stayed longer if I did not have commitments. The home had everything we needed, was as described and was even nicer than the photos. Communication with the hosts was easy, informative, and timely. The neighborhood is wonderful, the trail was a bonus as a way to walk to town and invites you to enjoy...
