"This was a beautiful spacious home with everything we needed for entertaining our family! Didn't expect all the condiments in the refrigerator which was a welcomed bonus for our brunch we unexpectedly hosted for the family. Close to town and local restaurants with plenty of beautiful views! Very clean and welcoming. We hope to enjoy this home during summer weather!"

"Everything was extremely clean and in perfect condition. Exactly what we needed and more than we expected! I had some difficulties with managing the split unit for heat (silly me) and Dennis responded immediately and even stopped by to show me how to work it properly. Very accommodating, close to so many fun activities as well. If we are ever back in Geneva we will absolutely be booking with Dennis again :) "

"The cabin was nice, the beds were surprisingly comfy. The town is lovely. The location is close to everything. Within walking distance to a store with essentials, and don't miss out on the beach two blocks to the right of the cabin, an absolute gem. I will visit many more times solo or with family/friends I enjoyed my stay very much. "

"Jonathan was very responsive and checked in to be sure the place met our expectations. The Kitchen was equipped well. Plenty of space for a large family dinner. The beds were all very comfortable. The view is to die for and the drive to Oswego easy and not too far. "

"We had a great time staying in the dome and wished we could have stayed longer. They thought of everything you’d need for a relaxing vacation! Very private and beautiful surroundings - we heard frogs and far off coyotes at night and woke up to find we were surrounded by wildflowers. You can even grill there. Totally want to come back."

"Nice, one floor cottage. Kitchen had many items to cook and bake with. Lots of blankets and heaters if needed. Some items in the outdoor deck box to make a fire for s'mores. Will need kindling in the future. The view was beautiful! Mattresses were nice and we all slept well! Quiet because we went off season. Would definitely come back! Messages were answered quickly!"

"this was the perfect site to stay at for a work group. we were able to split up into male/female apartments. parking was good at the house and readily available for overflow nearby. everything was clean and new looking. beds were super comfortable! The only negative was that the walls are pretty thin, so you hear everything above and beside your rooms and the neighbor was really loud with tv/radio some mornings/evenings. But overall, I give it 5 stars! "

"Beautiful lake house adjacent to a marina. We went for a girls weekend, stayed Friday-Sunday. Ages 2-75. Everyone loved the house and gorgeous views. We had a great weekend for weather and seems boats are still being winterized so it was a neat site to see. Born and raised in Syracuse, NY, none of us have been to Sodus point.
