"The property is all you that see and read about in the listing and then some. The home is very clean, well organized and very well supplied. The host is very friendly and readily available if there is a need. He has gone above and beyond to make sure you have an amazing stay. The deck is large with a great view of the water. There is plenty of seating and tables if you want to eat on the deck. The dining room also has a huge table and the kitchen will let you prepare your favorite meals. The...

"The place was nice. It has in the listings and pictures, pool tables and air hockey, all of which are broke. Normally it wouldn’t matter but it rained a ton! The outside of the property was very wet, and left the kids with little to do. They did make the best of them. Overall nice place and would have been more enjoyable had it had better weather. Pond does have fish and was fun for the kids when the weather permitted. "

"Our brief stay at this rental was excellent. Furnished with period pieces and beautifully appointed. Lots of special touches and lovely decor. Beds were extra comfy and owner was very pleasant and accommodating. It is on the third floor so not great for folks with mobility issues. Otherwise we would highly recommend. "

"We had a blast. The grandkids enjoyed fishing off the docks, and kayaking in the bay. We visited the beaches at Fairhaven, Sodus Point and Port Bay. We loved the sunsets while having dinner around the firepit"
