"Our experience at this motel is kind of mixed. We booked one room for four people. Firstly the pros: - The room was really top! Clean, renovated and the furniture are new! - Some of the stuff were friendly and welcoming (The others looked confused). The cons: - the sofa bed wasn’t prepared and it is the first time in my life that I have been asked in a motel to prepare the sofa bed myself! Literally the reception gave us bed linen and said this is the policy of the motel!!! Never heard of such...

"The property and staffs are great. I love it. But there is almost no public transportation nearby. Very inconvenient."

"I was traveling with my daughter for a medical situation (stressful and alone!), and the staff was almost like a support system! They made sure I had everything I needed — including bringing my grocery delivery to my room while my daughter napped (not their job!). They helped me with a play pen. The gentleman at the front desk answered my endless questions. Housekeeping was top notch along with the staff as a whole. Just a great place to stay. Couldn’t recommend it enough!"

"Conveniently located off the highway. Clean and lovely property with an awesome view from the bar and lounge area. Didn’t appreciate housekeeping come knocking 1.5-2 hours before checkout. I guess it’s the norm these days, so remember to hang your DND sign. Detached free parking garage building is a big plus. However, it could use some upkeep, not very clean with abandoned vehicles. But I guess that’s the trade off for being free and usually with anything shared (with other nearby hotels),...

Long wait times for someone to show up. overflowing garbage at the exterior side entrance for parking. halls and elevators unkept. Same dirty items all week on the floors. pool was closed all week. night supervisor was rude when approached about the Pool. I was attending class all week, and for what I was charged (double what Sheraton was charging...

Nice breakfast is included. Area felt very safe for solo travelers I will stay again on my next visit to this area. Staff was very accommodating."
