Come discover our new house, very well located, just a few minutes walk or bike white sand beaches and downtown.
In a contemporary and warm style, our house is also comfortable, spacious and bright. It will surely allow you to enjoy a relaxing and invigorating holiday.
New:
The pool and garden are fully privatized.
Outdoor heated pool (28 ° in summer) equipped with a secure shelter. She enjoys the sun all day.
The various activities will not miss your stay. (The Nautical Center: catamaran, sea kayak ....)
The marina (5 minutes walk from the house) possibility to dock your boat.
The hikes: the circuit between Earth and Sea, the circuit of the laber, the circuit of Perharidy, the circuit of the Fountains)
The sandy beaches (Traon Erc'h closest to the house), Perharidy, The Great Strike, Saint Luc, Rockroum ....
Visit of the exotic and botanical garden (5 mn walk from the house)

This property offers excellent spacious facilities in a lovely location. The pool and spa facilities are great - a touch of luxury! Great after a long day out. Roscoff is just great - such character. Easy walking into centre and harbour. The host was super helpful and considerate of our needs.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in einem wunderbar eingerichteten und sehr komfortablen Haus. Der geheizte und bei Bedarf überdachte Pool lädt bei jedem Wetter zum Schwimmen ein. Der Empfang durch die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und problemlos. Roscoff und die nähere Umgebung des Hauses haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

What a wonderful property, perfectly situated to enjoy the beauty of Roscoff. Our children loved the swimming pool and my husband and I enjoyed the hot tub after a long day exploring! Anne, our host, was wonderfully friendly and showed us around the property when we arrived . We recommend a trip to Ile de Batz including the lighthouse and exotic gardens alongside a ride on the petit train in Roscoff and the exotic gardens and beach just a few minutes walk from the property. We look forward to coming back in the future!

Annual Brittany getaway

The property is reasonably well sited but quite bland; no landscaping and although surrounded by a wall still has a feel of lack of privacy. Inside, the house is quite “cold” and functional; fairly well equipped but not in a way that the indicates that the owner has a feel for guests’ comfort. We did ask for additional pillows( by text message) as there was only one each on the bed. We never had any response to this message. We did have a problem with the shower which the owner dealt with promptly. However the shower itself was not that clean with a lot of dirt and mould around the grouting and silicone and door seal. The towels were few and threadbare. One very thin and very small “bath towel” each and one tiny hand towel each, which were supposedly white but were grey and very unappetising. Also no bath mat in the shower. There were very out of date food items left in the kitchen cupboard most of which stuck to the shelf!! All in all our stay was only ok - definitely lacking in the feeling that the owner has any sense of care and hospitality. Didn’t particularly enjoy the owner “checking” the property before we left - but maybe this is a Vrbo policy.

Fantastisch

Dit was een van de mooiste vakantiehuizen die we hebben gehad. Schoon, compleet en prachtige omgeving. Aan te raden voor gezinnen. Goede bedden en keueken. Prachtig zwembad en jaccuzi. Zeer veel privacy.

Fantastisk bolig med super beliggenhet!

Vi fikk en veldig hyggelig velkomst av vertskapet. Huset er velutstyrt, rent og komfortabelt. Fint uteområdet med oppvarmet basseng. Kort avstand til Roscoff (Vi gikk til bakeren hver morgen, det tok ca 10 min). Anbefaler virkelig dette huset!

Belles vacances à Roscoff

Nous avons passé 15 jours magnifiques. Découverte de différents sites de la Bretagne (le tour des enclos paroissiaux, les Côtes de Granit Rose, le travail du dernier sabotier du Finistère, le Conquet et la Pointe Saint Mathieu, puis l'abbaye de Doualas et son jardin de plante. Bien entendu Roscoff et ses environs, l'île de Batz et son phare etc. Beaucoup de repos, nous avons profité tous les jours de la piscine, du sauna et du spa, ceci avec beaucoup de plaisir. IL y avait encore beaucoup de visite à faire mais la fin des vacances a sonné et nous avons du nous résigner à reprendre le train pour la Suisse. Je ne peux que remercier Mme et M. Prigent.

Great pool & gem of a beach

The pool & pool building with shower, toilet, spa & sauna was superb. Best private pool for swimming under cover or as we did in full sunshine we’ve used. Really good for swimming and lovely 28C temperature. The local beach adjacent to the tropical gardens is just beautiful, with white fine sand, blue sea within a cove just 10 min walk from the house. Roscoff is again only a 10min walk a such a beautiful historic place with good shops and plenty of restaurants as well as it’s own beach. We had a lovely week and Anne had provided all we needed to enjoy every moment.

Great house

We had an amazing chilled week here. The house is very beautiful and very well equipped in every way… in fact one of the best equipped houses we have ever stayed in. The sauna, luxury hot tub (and the lovely garden room they are housed in) were real treats that could be enjoyed even when the weather wasn’t great. The all-weather heated pool is a wonderful asset, with the fully retractable roof being a very clever solution for the changeable weather. My elderly parents could stay in the accessible ground floor master bedroom and then the rest of us were in the three bedrooms upstairs with a WC and a bathroom. Our only criticism would be that we preferred the shower facilities in the garden room to showering in the bathtub but that was still great. We really enjoyed the close proximity (less than 10 mins walk) to the absolutely glorious Plage du Traon Erc’h, with its incredible white sand, sheltered bay and rocks. Even in gorgeous weather there was hardly anyone else on there. Roscoff was a sweet little town to explore, we enjoyed our walk along the quay and galettes in the town centre. It was minutes away by bike, so a great location. We visited Morlaix, Oceanopolis in Brest, and did some family bike rides (both times to the incredibly beautiful Pointe de Perharidy, once in the pouring rain and the next time in glorious sunshine!). Fully recommend all three excursions.

Wir waren zum zweiten mal in Anne Haus und haben es wieder sehrgenossen. Die Kommunikation ist erwas schwierig, aber mit Händen und Füßen klappts dann doch immer.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans cette maison. Située dans un endroit très calme, nous avons pu profiter de la beauté de cette région. Très spacieuse, décorée avec goût, la maison offre beaucoup de possibilités avec la piscine et la partie spa. Nous y avons également bien dormi. Idéale pour se reposer et se ressourcer. Fijne vakantie

Heerlijk verblijf gehad. De kap op het zwembad zorgt ervoor dat je er altijd gebruik van kunt maken ongeacht het weer. Roscoff ligt op loopafstand. Enige aandachtspunt is het internet, streamen ging niet altijd even goed.

Tolles Haus, überdachter Pool und das beste Poolhaus mit Sauna und Whirlpool. Alles geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Gute Ausstattung. Sehr bequeme Betten Fussläufig und den sehr schönen kleinen Ort. Einziges Manko - der Wind. Ansonsten super Gastgeber und top Haus

séjour très agréable

Villa très bien agencée et aérée, propre et bien équipée. Les propriétaires sont très sympa et à l'écoute de locataires. Si un problème survient, ils mettent tout en oeuvre pour le résoudre le plus rapidement possible. Nous recommandons cette villa toutes les personnes qui aiment le calme et la tranquillité.

Sehr schönes Haus

Es war eine Freude, in Annes Haus wohnen zu dürfen. Man fühlt sich direkt willkommen und zuhause. Wir werden im nächsten Jahr wiederkommen. Auch Roscoff ist ein sehr schönes Städtchen, wo man nette Restaurants und Geschäfte findet

Super!

Das Haus ist wirklich großartig und sehr zu empfehlen. Pool sowie Grundstück sind absolut kindersicher. Wir haben viel Zeit im Pool und im angrenzenden Poolhaus mit Whirlpool und Sauna verbracht. Das Haupthaus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die vollständig ausgestattete Küche beinhaltet sogar die französische Version eines Thermomix' - da bleiben keine Wünsche offen!

Un séjour très agréable

Excellent séjour dans une maison lumineuse et décorée avec goût dans un environnement agréable avec proximité d'une très belle plage, du centre et du porc. Les équipements de la maison sont de très bonnes bonnes qualités ( literie..,). La piscine, le spa et le sauna permettent une détente que nous recherchons pendant les vacances.. Anne et son mari nous ont très bien accueillis et se montre a l’écoute. Des vacances à renouveler.

Heerlijk huis. Fantastisch zwembad, sauna en jacuzzi. Prachtige omgeving Enige echte nadeel is dat internet zo traag is dat het vaak niet goed bruikbaar is.
