The staff were nice and friendly, but not always present because they were manning two different desks on either side of the street. The complimentary wine for my daughters 30th birthday was a nice touch equally so were the slippers at the side of the bed and the chocolate waiting at the side of the bed when we got back after watching “the devil wears Prada” Would definitely stay again x"
