The WiFi was terrible, didn’t work properly
The air conditioning in one of the rooms was not working properly.
There is a police opposite the hotel, so except to hear sirens!
The tv only had one channel.
One of the staff was friendly at the start but when we had an issue with the air conditioner her attitude turned very quickly as she didn’t wanted to deal with it."

"We liked the fact that there was a pool table in the apartment and 2 double beds in the one room. We didn’t like the fact that there were no coat hangers, no hooks in bathroom to hang a towel, no extra bin liners or couldn’t open a window or a fan"

"Booking is made on Expedia, but the you complete the registration on another site.
Shower is built into a very small closet.
Toilet is on the other side - in another closet. You have to straddle the toilet to use a hand basin that barely fits my hands and it's not possible to wash your face in it without splashing water all over the floor.
Entrance way through to the room is in shockingly poor condition.
Not the welcome one would hope to see. I would not recommend this room."

"We had a great stay. Everything was perfect and comfortable. The owner was very helpful and communicative before we came up.
We will definitely use again, next time we come up and stay!"

"Room was cool! And staff was nice! However, it was in a terrible part of town (trash and homeless people everywhere). There was an alarm that went off constantly somewhere across the road. It was a bit difficult to find. We had to go around a few times to find it. But it was a short walk to the canals!"
