Mini apartment a few steps from Piazza Navona Castel Sant’Angelo Piazza San Pietro Piazza di Spagna is your romantic and welcoming holiday home. The privileged position will allow you to immerse yourself in the beauties of the splendid Eternal City. Equipped with all comforts, it can accommodate two / three people, in an air-conditioned and refined environment in a quiet but very central street. Within walking distance you will find restaurants and various shops surrounded by monuments. The apartment is completely renovated. Upon entering you will be welcomed into a small but enveloping room with attention to detail with independent access directly on the street. The house is equipped with TV and Wi-Fi super-fast fiber optic service provided by fastweb. For anything from your arrival at the airport / station to the tour guide to the taxi we will be at your disposal.

Incredible location with great access to the best that Rome provides. Super convenient communication with owner/manager. Property is perfect for a single or couple. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Honeymoon in italy

The location of this property worked out perfectly for our stay in Rome - we were no further than a 30 minute walk to everything we wanted to explore. Our goal was to be outside for as much of our stay as possible, so we didn’t actually spend much time in the apartment; but the time we did spend was comfortable and met our expectations.

Great location, great stay!

The property was exactly as advertised. I think the only thing that threw us off was how quickly we used the hot water in the shower, but that was explained in the check in instructions. The location was great, only a few minute walk from several main attractions. The neighborhood was also very nice, with many small shops quite close. I stayed in the apartment with my fiancé, and it was a good size for the two of us. We really appreciated the keypad/keycard entry, and being able to adjust the heat pumps to a comfortable temperature for ourselves.

Great Location!

We loved our stay at this quaint and comfortable apartment. It was just perfect for the two of us and close to all the sites in the old city. Lots of great food choices nearby too. Check in and out was easy, communication was clear. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Place

This apartment made our time in Rome even sweeter! Everything was so well kept and added to our stay. From the air conditioner to the cleanliness of the place, to the communication, everything was terrific! If I ever come back to Rome, I know where I will be staying!

Perfect location

This flat was a perfect spot for us in Rome. It was within walking distance of what we wanted to visit and also had great access to public transportation for this things a little further away. Highly recommend.

Not for us

This unit is not represented properly. It is advertised as a two bedroom but there isn’t actually a second bedroom. It’s a pull out couch directly inside the front door. It’s a very small space which would be better advertised for two people. There was a musty smell in the entire unit and it was not very sound proof, it sounded like cars were coming right through the door. The smell was strong enough that we ended up booking a hotel and not staying in the unit. In the end, we determined that this unit is better suited to others and definitely a couple, not a family. The one positive, is the area has some great restaurants and is in a good location for public transportation.

This one bedroom apartment has a great location in the City Center along the river. It's great for a solo or couple travelers who plan to do more sightseeing and stay out and need a central location to sleep.

Very well located, cosy and well equiped

Thanks to Roby and his flat, we got a very nice stay in Roma, in the cute piazzeta Simeone and the nice streets around, very close to the great piazza Navonna ! Here you are close to all nicest places, because in the middle, between Roman Forum and St Peter in Vatican ! Roby's flat is also cosy and well equipped, thanks again ! Moreover, Roby is very reactive.

Convenient little apartment

This apartment is very well located. It has easy access to a taxi hub, to restaurants and stores, and to sightseeing attractions. It is good for two people, though i would say that two people is about the maximum. We had everything we needed and access was easy once we checked in. The only complaint we had was that we could have used more pillows.

Cute place for two people

My girlfriend and I stayed here and the location was nice, close to the canal. It was clean and the communication was great . One thing to note is the hot water runs out fairly quick so plan accordingly. I would say two people max for the size of unit. The key card was super easy to use for entry / exit and it’s a ground floor unit so convenient for people with luggage.

Sweet spot in Rome

We had a wonderful stay at Asia’s cure flat in Rome. It was very clean, cozy and surprisingly quite given the central location. Very walkable to shops, restaurants and even attractions. Asia was very helpful too. We would love to stay again someday!

Buena ubicación

Bien ubicando para descubrir la ciudad. En nuestro caso éramos 3 personas. Al utilizar el sofa cama, hacia que la estancia se quedara muy justa. Al estar muy cerca del rio, había bastante humedad.
