Maison Barchetta is a beautiful apartment renovated in February 2024 with 3 bedrooms +1 room with sofa bed, 2 bathrooms with showers, 2 entrances with lift, leaving room, kitchen and an outdoor area. In this 19th century building each room can accommodate up to 2 people and is equipped with double beds, TV and free WiFi.
Located in the heart of Rome , in a very peaceful street, just a few minutes walk from the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, the Vatican and the Spanish Steps is Perfect for visiting the beauties of Rome and its unique monuments.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this VRBO in Rome and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The property was exactly as listed—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for a great stay.What really stood out was the host’s responsiveness and hospitality. They were quick to answer any questions and went above and beyond by providing fantastic local recommendations, which made our trip even more special.The location is ideal, especially for families. Being within walking distance to many of Rome’s major attractions made it incredibly convenient to explore the city without the stress of transportation.We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Rome, particularly families looking for comfort, convenience, and a welcoming host. Loved this apartment in Rome. It was well located and clean. We really enjoyed our stay here. Rome is HUGE and crowded and busy but having this peaceful quiet spot to retreat home to at the end of a busy day was perfect.

Fabulous apartment spread over 3 levels. Beds were very comfortable. Cute little courtyard / terrace. Great location for sightseeing. Super quiet street and didn't hear any outside noise. Living and kitchen area is compact and cosy. One surprise - no microwave.

Our first family trip to Rome and I’m so glad we stayed here. The location is superb and the hosts were very helpful, welcoming, and super quick to respond to questions. We went to a few of the hosts local restaurant recommendations and they ended up being our favorite eats. When I visit Rome again, I will absolutely be staying here again!

Wundervoll zentral gelegen, herrlicher Altbau, im Prinzip alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir waren zu siebt bei Ramin, der übrigens immer zu erreichen ist und tolle Lokale und Eisdielen kennt.Leider kann man am Tisch nur zu sechst sitzen, auch das Wohnzimmer ist sehr klein. ABER in Roms herrlicher Altstadt, in der man keinen Straßenlärm hört (wirklich nicht zu glauben), absolut hinzunehmen.Die Betten sind bequem, das Plätzchen draußen total heimelig, im Sommer mit Sicherheit schön kühl, uns war es im Oktober zu frisch.Ideal für 4-6 Personen, die Wahrscheinlichkeit, daß wir wiederkommen und die Wohnung Freunden empfehlen, ist hoch.Danke Ramin!

Overall amazing stay, A/C worked great and host provided plenty of great spots for food. It’s located on the first floor so you do have some stairs but they are doable. There are also stairs inside the apartment to get to both sets of bedrooms. The living room is a generous size. Overall a comfortable stay in Rome!!

Our experience on this property was amazing. The apartment was the perfect size for our family of 6. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. It is in a great location with a lot of good places to eat in the area. We walked everywhere and always felt safe walking around. Aram was very responsive and checked up on us periodically. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Great Property. Great Management.

There were six adults in my group staying in this property. Check in was excellent. The manager was very responsive throughout our stay. The property consists of three floors: two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, one bedroom and bathroom in the lower level, a kitchen, living room and outdoor space on the main floor. The stairs in the suite are fairly narrow and steep so this apartment may not be suitable for all. The beds were quite comfortable. It was very quiet. The location was excellent - close to restaurants and walkable to many attractions. The host recommended several amazing restaurants. We stayed five nights and it would have been nice to get clean towels part way through. Overall we were pleased with the experience.

Great property in a fantastic location. Owner was very responsive and check in and check out process were clear and straightforward. Loved the layout of the property and the AC worked flawlessly which was crucial in July/August.

The property was exactly as described, in very good condition with a lot of room, while also being in a great location. A lot of great restaurants and shops very close by. The outdoor patio was great after a day of exploring Rome, the AC worked well on hot summer days and the host was very communicative and helpful.

Great Apt in Rome!

Excellent communication and suggestions for restaurants, activities etc. and very easy check-in process. Apartment was in a great location walking distance to all the sites. As a family of four, we were very comfortable there and would stay again!

Great location but inaccurate photos

Cons: The photos make the place look wonderful but it’s definitely not pretty. It’s actually not updated at all and looks old in a bad way and I am not picky. They didn’t have paper towels, only 3 rolls of toilet paper for 7 people for 4 nights (not enough), or enough towels. I needed instructions on the dryer because I didn’t figure it out until later that you had to dump water out of the dryer. Took the clothes forever to dry. The couch, sofa pillows, bed coverlets were stained and dirty! It was gross! This was my least favorite place I stayed at between Rome, Venice, and Florence. Definitely not safe for elderly people because of the steep steps to all the bedrooms. Pros:Great location to St. Peter’s Basilica/Vatican/Sistine Chapel, Pantheon and Trevi fountain. Property manager was great! Garden area was nice.
