Unfortunately we did not have the best of experiences. We understand this was due to Expedia not following proper marketing ethics however nothing was able to be done by the hotel as well. When we booked I picked a room that’s said King size bed room. The picture showed a normal room with a normal bathroom. So I selected it and paid for it. Upon arrive we found out that the washroom we got was an accessibility washroom and it was not fun to use. We were told to read the description of the room selection where it states that it’s an accessibility washroom however it doesn’t change the fact that Expedia used normal room pictures for that room selection. It’s a way to trick customers and then they have a no cancellation or change policy for our reservation. Expedia’s customer service was horrible and the hotel was not able to make any changes for our stay. We tried calling Expedia’s 24 hour customer service line and it kept hanging up when we tried to pick one of the many options. The hotel also tried to charge us for breakfast we never had. Overall the hotel quality was good however be wary when booking through Expedia as they will often not show exact pictures for the rooms.
