  • Spacious 130 sq. mt apartment, with living room, 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located on the master level (first floor with no elevator) of a historical building from the 1700’s, where lived and and died the architect Giuseppe Valadier, at walking distance from Spanish Steps

    Perfectly renovated and refurbished with period pieces and modern comforts to comfortably host up to 7 guests, the apartment presents a day area consisting in a living room, with a sofa, a large antique table, a satellite TV and a marble antique fireplace.

    The separate kitchen is perfectly equipped with all necessities including an oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine.

    The sleeping quarters offer three bedrooms, the first being a 20 sq.mt with a queen bed (63" x 80") and furnished with antiques which include an armoire.
    The second bedroom offers a queen bed (63" x 80") and a large walk-in closet en-suite
    The third bedroom has a queen bed (which can be separated into two singles upon request) and a single convertible bed for added guest.

    The main bathroom furnished with attention to details and complete with a crystal stall shower.
    The second blue bathroom is separate in 2 zone (sink and wc) and fitted with an stall shower.

    The apartment has speed WiFi Internet connection and Air Conditioning

Wonderful flat in great location. Walkable to many areas and close to the metro. Clean and has all amenities for cooking and bathing. Chiara was a lovely host and very easy to communicate with. Extremely accommodating for our infant.

Everything about our stay here was perfect. The apartment is wonderful and close to everything. Chiara was incredibly helpful and so patient with us when our arrival was delayed. Her tips for the neighborhood and for all of Rome made our stay even better - and we shared her restaurant recommendations with friends who were in town just after us. We can’t wait to come back. Perfect spot in Rome

We had the most amazing stay in Rome. Chiara was a wonderful host. So helpful and us ideas of where to eat. The flat was very centrally located and easy to take metro or get a cab a few blocks away! Would stay there again!

Perfect location in Rome!

This apartment was the perfect location for sightseeing in Rome! It was clean, large, and beautiful. We were right next to the Spanish steps, a taxi pick up, and walking down streets with cafés restaurants and gelato. Each corner we strolled around was picture perfect! We loved our stay!

Perfect Stay in a Perfect Location

We stayed in the appartement for five days in the week after Easter - and it was just perfect: clean, completely as shown on the pictures, and with Chiara a caring and friendly host. This is how you like your vacations - especially in a place which is located centrally so you can basically walk to all the main attractions. When we come back to Rome, we will stay here again !

Babuino Flat near Spanish Steps

Babuino Flat is near the best sights of Rome: Galleria Borghese, Spanish Steps, Fontana di Trevi etc. The flat has a modern kitchen and is very clean. Beds are comfortable and inviting after a hard holiday...:) Nearest alimentary is about 100 m away. Area is full of nice shops and restaurants. We liked Ristorante Babette and the vegetarian restaurant Il Margutta. Try also Casino Valadier, which has a wonderful view over the Rome. The hostess Francesca was nice and helpfull, easy to contact via WhatsApp. Shuttle service was easy way to reach appartment and airport quickly. It is worthwhile it’s fee. We will return! Excellent location 100m from Spanish Steps - perfect for family

We were a family of seven including 3 granddaughters, the apartment was perfect for our needs. Close to scores of restaurants, metro & hop on/hop off bus tours. Located next to Spanish Steps in the heart of the fashion world. Chiara was more than helpful in organizing transport, meeting with us at the apartment and answering all our questions + more besides. I wouldn't hesitate to book this apartment again - thanks Chiara

Awesome apartment near the Spanish Steps.

My family and my parents spent a month in Rome in this apartment. The apartment is nice and spacious, and in a great location. We walked to the Spanish steps and piazza del popolo everyday. It is very close to main streets such as Via del Corso and Via Condotti, and we were able to walk everywhere in town. There is a taxi stand just a 100 meters from the apartment and the metro is close by. Chiara was awesome to work with, very responsive and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. The apartment was safe, clean and very convenient with beautiful wood floors.

Wonderful Apartment!

A group of 7 of us came to Rome to celebrate my boyfriend's parent's 50th wedding anniversary. Francesca was lovely. She checked in via text through out the week and would always respond quickly with any questions I had. The apartment was perfect for us. The location is ideal and it offered us plenty of room. We had a wonderful stay! Thank you!

Really nice appartement close to sights and events in Rome!

We were 3 couples celebrating our 60 year anniversaries together. The apartment was modern, nicely furnished, clean and functional. Besides there were original features like the beautiful wooden floors and the nice fireplace. We felt really privileged to have such a nice place to stay. The neighborhood was full of restaurants, cafes, besides luxurious boutiques for window shopping. We would love to come back some time!

Wonderful apartment in central Rome

We rented the apartment for a three-generation family reunion in Rome. It would not have been a better choice. The apartment is newly renovated and very beautiful, fully modernized but with gorgeous original features and very nicely furnished. The location is absolutely unbeatable, right by Piazza di Spagna and world class shopping, but still sufficiently tucked away to be quiet. You can walk to most main sights and restaurants. A small local super market close by is also ideal if you want to make breakfast, etc. A new washing machine is helpful for all with young children.
