Casa Prati Michelangelo is an elegant apartment, recently renovated in a beautiful, tree-lined street, near Piazza Cola di Rienzo at walking distance from Piazza del Popolo, Villa Borghese, Via del Corso, Fontana di Trevi, Pantheon, Piazza di Spagna (Spanish steps), Castel Sant'Angelo.

The apartment is equipped with TV and Wi-Fi internet connection. Netflix is also available.
High ceilings and interiors design will add additional pleasure to your Roman staying.
The area is known also as a primary shopping & restaurants district and offer public transportation also including the subway stop "Lepanto" (A line).

The apartment includes: entrance hall, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and living room with kitchenette.

Air conditioning is available, as well as 2 TV sets.

The apartment is properly sanitized before any check-in. Hand sanitizer is also included.
Despite the situation in Rome was never critic and it is now under control, serologic tests for sars-cov-2 can be available in the apartment upon request (additional cost).

Convenient area for both city centre and the rugby stadium. Nice restaurants around.Top room was a bit warm even in March and drain smell in the bottom bathroom for the first day, but great little place. Could have done with another comfy chair when 4 people using it

The condo was nicely remodeled and provided everything we needed for our trip. The location was perfectly located on the Tiber River, so easy walking distance to many of the attractions in Rome. Anything that wasn’t close could be easily accessed by a metro station nearby. The host was very friendly and provided many recommendations for both Rome and the neighborhood. Very much appreciated!

Overall great experience

For our first time staying in Rome, this apartment did not disappoint. The owner was extremely nice and easy to work with, the apartment is in a great location, but not centrally located to all the major tourist locations.The apartment is located on the opposite side of the bridge from Trevi fountain, palladium, and Spanish step. You will have to walk a lot or take taxis to get to a lot of the locations, including the Colosseum, the forum, Vatican City, but what I will say is if you are looking for less of a crowd and to be located in a quiet community, this is definitely a great location. Our overall experience at this location was fantastic, the owner is very responsive, thorough and communicates immediately if there are any issues. Beautiful two bedroom apartment, one bedroom and bathroom downstairs and the other bedroom and bathroom are upstairs and has a great living room space and small fully stocked kitchen. The building has its own private guard, super quiet neighbors, and everyone is extremely nice and social within the building if you run into them. The only issue I had was with the water heater, the hot water does not last long, within 5 to 8 minutes we were left with no hot water, but Andrea was very responsive and immediately came to solve the issue. Even with not having enough hot water to take a shower for 3 people, I would definitely rate this a 10 out of 10 for our overall experience.

This one was really nice

The apartment has two full baths and to bedrooms adequately separated with AC. It was a very nicely appointed unit with a few free perks. Kitchen and dining and living space were all together. It is in a very business sector of town, quiet and within 5-10 minutes to bus or Metro. You wont be sorry you chose this one!

Wonderful location, well appointed, great host!

We arrived early AM to Rome but Andrea graciously met us and allowed us to check in early. He gave a full tour of the apartment and all amenties and answered any questions. He arranged transportation from the airport for us as well and provided dining recommendations. The place was a great central location walking distance to the main sites of Rome. We had 3 adults and more than enough room and appreciated the washer and dryer!

Location is great!

We absolutely love this place! The location is perfect for families or people looking to relax. From this location, you can get to anywhere you want to go in Rome easily. The restaurants in the neighborhood are fantastic! The shopping is amazing. The communication and check-in process were incredibly easy. Excellent Stay in Prati

We wanted to be in a neighborhood for our several day stay in Rome after a week touring Tuscany. The apartment is well-equipped, centrally located for daytime sightseeing, and a quiet spot for catching a good sleep before heading to another journey. Stately comfort

Beautiful place with high ceilings, lovely furnishings, close to many attractions. We were a party of 6. Pros were Andrea was very welcoming and the place was immaculate and comfortable. Cons are the hot water runs out quickly and there is no full length mirror on the first floor.
