Room nothing like shown in photos. Kitchen, not shown in photos, non existent. Nowhere to store luggage. Well appointed location. Restaurant across the road beautiful. We thought we were booking apartment for 2 couples to relax but unfortunately no space to do that.

Good location near Termini and restaurants. Good response from the host. Easy checkin. Two large en-suite bedrooms. Small kitchen area but it served our needs. For those with mobility issues, no elevator and about 45 steps to reach the apartment. Would book again.

Great location

Stayed here for 3 nights with my husband & son. Convenient location close to the train station. Has great restaurant across the street. The cold water in our bathroom sink was not flowing & the hair dryer was barely working but both were fine in the other bathroom.

Nice place to stay in Rome

Very nice place. It's on the small size but we knew that from the beginning. Only issue was the beds were not the most comfortable but good enough for 3 nights. Close to train station and other things to do in the area. Overall a nice place to spend a few days in Rome.

Ideal for our stay

Short walk from Termini station where the metro can get you around the sites if you can’t walk too far. 2 Large bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms so perfect for 2 couples but another set of door keys would have been useful. (Disappointing that host didn’t respond to my request but perhaps she didn’t get my messages) Small kitchen area with table and chairs but fine for breakfast Only real gripe? Broken plug in the sink made it hard to wash dishes and I’m sure that will be fixed

Great apartment & location

The apartment is located within walking distance of the train station. It was perfect for us & another couple. We each had our own bedroom/bathroom combination. The kitchen was small but had a refrigerator to store drinks & snacks. Rome is a walking city, so we ate all of our meals out anyway. I definitely recommend this apartment.

Zentralgelegene Wohnung mit 2 geräumigen Zimmern

Die Wohnung bietet 2 schöne geräumige Zimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad, so hat man größte Eigenständigkeit In der Küche ist wenig Platz und teilweise wäre es schön, Dinge zu erneuern . Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man kann zu Fuss in die Altstadt, z.B zum Trevi- Brunnen , zum Colloseum und in die Altstadt laufen oder bequem die UBahn nehmen vom Termini Nachts ist es meistens laut, da gegenüber mehrere Lokale sind

Expectation vs reality

- this is 3rd floor all stairs - Fake leather on bed peeling - tried to cover peeling headboard with blanket and found the Blankets dirty with huge unknown stains, when requested it was replaced with another stained and also torn blanket - no disclosure that we would be on 3rd floor no elevator - ac clanking and noisy all night with promise of fixing, no fix - refused refund after finding all of these inadequacies within the first few hours on very first day If you are on a budget it’s better to stay in a nicer and cheaper hostel rather than here

'Perfetto' apartment

We arrived in Rome by train and were delighted that the apartment was only a short walk from the station, well my husband was, as he was in charge of our suitcase! The apartment was lovely; clean, nicely decorated, comfy beds with white sheets and a bijou kitchen. Across the road there was a choice of restaurants and we ate in a couple of them....good meals each time. The restaurants stay open until fairly late so if you wanted an early night then the sound of customers would maybe disturb you. However, there is very little car traffic down the street. The apartment is also very well located for walking into the city. The host was efficient in answering messages and Andrea was there to meet us only minutes after I had phoned to say we'd arrived. We would definitely recommend a stay here:)

Gute Lage - leider einige Mängel

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut - zum Bahnhof Termini ein Katzensprung. Die Küche befindet sich direkt nach der Eingangstür und ist sehr klein. Die Zimmer sind dagegen sehr groß. Teilweise lässt die Sauberkeit und der Zustand der Einrichtung etwas zu wünschen übrig. Sehr unangenehm waren die Klimaanlagen, die unverhältnismäßig laut waren und Knackgeräusche machten; ein echter Weckerersatz. Auch lief das Wasser in der Dusche nicht gut ab. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft zu empfehlen, wenn man sie zum Schlafen nutzt und keine langen Verweildauern im Küchenbereich plant. Die Klimaanlagen brauchen aber eine Inspektion. Der sehr freundliche Vermieter wird sich der Mängel sicher annehmen.

Gute zentral gelegen Wohnung - leider etwas dreckig und unschön an manchen Stellen

Die Wohnung an sich ist echt ganz schön und hat eine super Lage, vor allem in Bezug auf Bus und Zug. Leider war es etwas dreckig in der Wohnung und man hat noch Apachen vom Vormieter gefunden… Die Wohnung ist an sich wie auf den Bildern, jedoch an einigen Stellen bereits etwas heruntergekommen. Zusammenfassend war es trotzdem schön und wir waren ja auch nur ein paar Tage dort.

Ottima posizione strategica per poter visitare Roma con i mezzi. Consiglio: noleggiate monopattini/bici elettriche! Sarà molto più comodo e fresco il tour….. Appartamento perfetto per le nostre esigenze: stanze spaziose e indipendenti. Perfetto per 2 coppie di amici!!

Séjour de quelques jours à 2 couples à Rome

On désirait un logement avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain + cuisine (2 couples) : cela correspond bien au logement proposé. Il est à 10minutes environ de la gare Termini ce qui donne accès aux différents modes de transport donc bien situé. Par contre, il est fort dommage que l'appartement soit mal entretenu : - il était pas très propre voir sale (lessive collée dans le réservoir de la machine à laver, taches par terre, poussiéreux dans les salles de bains, etc) - très mai isolé on entendait les bruits des voisins, (discussions, bruit de salle de bain et/ou toilettes et les bruits de la rue. - il manque de la vaisselle 3 petites cuillères, 2 bols et 2 mugs pour 4 c'est un peu léger... Un balai mais pas de pelle... Reste qu' on a passé un bon séjour...

Une bonne adresse

La location très bien située, proche de la gare de Termini, elle est spacieuse, correctement équipée pour 4 personnes. Juste en face dans la rue, un restaurant simple et efficace. Seul bémol sur cette location, mais qui a son importance, c'est la manque total d'insonorisation avec les logements contigus et du dessus, ce qui fait qu'entre des douches jusqu'à 1h du matin et des chasses d'eau à 5h, ça fait des nuits un peu courtes, même si la literie est confortable. Dommage, car ça ternit singulièrement la note globale.

Really enjoyable break away

Our communication prior to arriving with Savio was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble for him. Organised a taxi to collect us from the airport, which was waiting for us when we arrived, no problems at all. Andrea met us at the apartment and showed us around. The only issue is that there are 2 flights of stairs to be able to access the apartment and there is no lift, so may be difficult for people with mobility issues. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and light and airy. We didn't use the kitchen whilst we were there, as we ate out , however I think that cooking for 4 may be a struggle, if that's what you intend to do. Otherwise, great accommodation and excellent location, within walking distance of the Termini train station. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you very much.

Great location; small but mighty

Wonderful location. Met all of our needs. Two bedrooms with bathrooms and very small showers (with rain shower heads). We struggled with the air conditioning remote controls, but the air conditioning worked. The apartment stayed cool. Bring your own dish towel or paper towels for the small kitchen. Only complaint was mold in the bedroom and bathroom to the left. We did *NOT* alert the apartment manager about it during our stay. We were too tired the first night and running around so much that we did not bother. I’m sure if we had alerted her, she would have found a solution.

Great location in Rome

Property was excellent. Good bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms. A cosy kitchen/eating area which might prove challenging for people to eat in often but a good family restaurant just across the street. The big benefit is the proximity to Termini station and metro and from there it is easy to get to and return from all Rome attractions. Our flight was early and therefore reached the apartment early. The hosts were very flexible and check was facilitated so that we did not have to wait too long. I would certainly book here again.

Decirte que el apartamento no se parece en nada al que creímos alquilar desde nuestra casa en España es como si pasaran 30 años desde que hicieron las fotos de la web. En primer lugar cuando entras por la puerta ya huele a pesado y a viejo por la humedad que se ve en las paredes de las habitaciones. ( Hay manchas de humedad el los dos techos de las habitaciones) La tv no se puede ver por que el cable de la señal de antena está arrancado de los enchufes. La cama de una de las habitaciones en la cual duermo yo y por eso lo sé, el somier tiene rota una de las tablillas que aguantan el colchón en el cabecero y se hunde , la cabeza queda colgada hacia abajo y todos los días me duele la espalda al levantarme. Las dos puertas de las habitaciones tienen un agujero cómo si le dieran un puñetazo y casi está la puerta rota. El secador del pelo de una de las habitaciones no funciona. Las paredes manchadas, asas de los armarios rotas. Ya no desayunamos ni comemos en el apartamento, pero la mesa de la cocina está toda marcada de quemaduras de cigarrillos. Y te podría decir más cosas y defectos . Espero que a ningún miembro de tú personal se le ocurra decir que fuimos nosotros , ya que esto es la primera vez que nos pasa y estamos muy pero que muy desilusionados con lo que nos encontramos al llegar. Ya se lo comentamos a Federico el día que nos dió las llaves pero prefiero comentártelo a ti. En la web tampoco se habla del impuesto de los turistas que le pagamos en mano a Federico nada más llegar. Yo cuándo hago una reserva por internet ya pago todo lo incluido en ella, obviamente si es en la ciudad de Roma, entiendo que ya está incluido impurstos del pais al que vamos.

Lovely apartment about 5 minutes walk from Rome termini

Lovely little apartment close to Rome termini. The host was easy to reach and very communicative. Bedrooms very clean and modern. Very small kitchen area but if you’re going to be out all day it doesn’t matter. Located on the second floor so will have to climb about 40 steps so if you don’t mind this, it’s a wonderful place. Lots of food options around and the hop on hop off bus starts from the termini so easy to get to the tourist destinations. A little gem in the heart of Rome

Muy buen apartamento cerca de Termini

Dos habitaciones amplias y luminosas con baño en cada habitación. La cocina pequeña pero suficiente. La pena es que no tenga saloncito

Best location for tourists

Pros: Location - close to Roma Termini and also to many other bus stops. Double Bedrooms - nice for multiple/large families. Cons: It's on the third floor (American view). If you have heavy luggage, it very painful. Street parking is the only option (I understand it's Rome but...) Even though the bathrooms and bedrooms are neat, they are not as comfortable. The shower area is so small that I hurt myself multiple times. Equipment malfunction - One of the AC remotes did not work so we had to share with the other bedroom. Kitchen/Dining Area- A major con. It is such a small area that every one living in the apartment cannot properly sit and eat. During our time there, the dining area and table were very untidy.
