Situado en el pintoresco barrio de Monti, el piso se renovó por completo en 2020 y está en la primera planta de una casa adosada privada e histórica que data del siglo XVII. Tiene su propia entrada privada en la Via dè Ciancaleoni, una de las calles con más encanto y sin tráfico de Roma.

We really enjoyed our stay in this studio apartment in Monti. The location was excellent — Monti is a great neighbourhood with cool shopping, a fantastic variety of restaurants, and easy access to Termini Station and the Metro. It’s also very walkable to many of Rome’s major historical attractions. Our host was very helpful and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The studio itself was quite spacious, with a kitchen, a comfortable couch and TV sitting area, and a separate bedroom. The bed was very comfortable, and we really appreciated having access to a washer and dryer during our stay. The bathroom is quite compact, with a very small sink and shower. The shower in particular may be a bit challenging for larger guests, so it’s something to keep in mind when booking. It was fine for us. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, especially the location and the spaciousness of the apartment, and would happily consider staying here again.

We liked the VRBO. It was walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. It was down the street a few blocks from the Colosseum and other attractions.It was as described in the pictures and we were happy with our time there.

We loved staying at Alessandra’s studio. The space is perfect for an individual or couple and is conveniently on a ground floor. We stayed for four nights and each day I noticed a new smart design detail or thoughtful touch. It is extremely well located: while it is close to great shops, restaurants and bars in Monti, the street is quiet day and night. The Colosseum and Roman Forum are about a 10 minute walk, and for attractions further afield the bus and subway stops are an easy 5-10 minute walk depending on your destination. Alessandra was so helpful and accommodating with an earlier check in after a long night of travel. We highly recommend her studio and would stay again.

A perfect place to stay

This property is beautifully designed and set out with all the facilities you need in a quiet little street but within easy reach of a little grocery store, cafes, shops, restaurants and is perfect for sightseeing.

Perfect Stay!

This VRBO was perfect! The location was great and safe. The bed was comfortable and the AC was frigid cold, which helped a lot in the summer. We would definitely stay here again. Amazing host and place!

Alessandra was a wonderful host. Very responsive to all of my emails. The property is very comfortable and well located in Rome. When you go, make sure to eat at the Black Market at the end of the street.

Stay in Monti

Very nice studio in a quiet location. It was easy access to restaurant, shops and points of interest in old Rone. Very nice accommodations. The host Alessandra was helpful when we had questions.

Great flat in a great location

Wonderful little flat central to many of the attractions of Rome. Kitchen area allowed eat in breakfast and dinners when the lunches out were a bit much. Great closet areas and on-site laundry to boot. Would stay again.

Cute VRBO in a great location

We loved our stay at this property. The neighborhood is within easy walking distance to major attractions, and the nightlife around Monti is lively without the major crowds. The apartment was described perfectly and accurately by the host. Would recommend 10/10!
