  • Self Check in Option. Comfortable apartment in the heart of the Historic Center of Rome, in the famous Via dell’Orso, near Piazza Navona. Fully equipped, with free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The apartment is located in the baroque heart of Rome, just 500 meters from Piazza del Pantheon and Piazza Navona. Located on the 3rd floor of a historic 17th century building, with no lift, the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a large bedroom with a double bed, a livingroom with a sofa, convertible to a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a little balcony.

    Tourist Tax €6 person per night up to a maximum of 10 nights (children under 10 years of age are excluded)

The location is exactly what we were looking for. Great aceess to all the major sites, we walked everywhere.The apartment is very nice and clean. It was interesting to stay in a 400 year old building!

Location is excellent. Communication and host were great, transactions were easily completed. Apartment was clean, comfortable and effectively appointed. We will definitely stay here again our next visit to Rome.

Awesome location. Walking distance to many of the major sites & close to tons of restaurants. Antonio met us when we checked in which was nice. We were a couple of hours early but he allowed us to leave our luggages in the unit while they finished cleaning. There were 2 AC units which worked really well. Building is super old so it’s more rustic than the pictures imply. Garbage bins are right by the building entrance so it’s not the most pleasant smelling. No elevator & stairs are tight & steep. Carrying luggages up & down can be challenging. At the end of the day, those last 50 steps in the middle of summer was taxing!

Mooi appartement in hartje Rome aan een leuk pleintje met restaurants. Meeste trekpleisters loopafstand. Enige nadeel was het ontbreken van gordijnen. Het licht van de buren schijnt zo de kamer met de slaapbank in, en als het vroeg licht is, merk je dat ook. Verder van alle gemakken voorzien!

Die Wohnung ist im Dritten Stock eines alten Hauses mitten in der Altstadt. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ruhig. Zum Pantheon sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß und auch die anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in fussläufiger Entfernung gut erreichbar. Bei der Übergabe von Adriano gab er uns noch viele Tipps für unseren Romaufenthalt. Danke dafür. Wir können die Wohnung sehr weiterempfehlen.

Nice location, comfortable apartment, but checking in was quite impersonal. We had to wait until the late afternoon on the day of check in to get information about how to access the apartment but the day prior we got calls, e mails, and texts about the additional city taxes owed in order to get the access codes as if it was urgent. I might not use Vrbo in Rome again. At our next stop in Naples we were met by a local person and we prefer that way.

We arrived in Rome in the morning and were very kindly allowed to check in pretty much immediately after we got there as the room was already ready to go. Filippo was very helpful via the phone and was absolutely lovely and very helpful and informative when we checked in. The apartment was spotless and is in a fantastic central location, surrounded by shops, restaurants and also is within walking distance of all of the major sightseeing attractions. The bed was super comfy! We loved the apartment, it had everything we needed and we were absolutely gutted that we were only there for 2 nights. 100% will be returning here whenever we are back in Rome!

Wow did not expect a sweet little gem right by Piazza Navona. Apartment was in a great location, as my first time in Rome it was great to be able to visit all locations I needed from here. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to see. Place was perfect for two of us. Easy to communicate and coordinate when to meet to let us in. Only downside was no concierge service to leave bags but regardless I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

We absolutely adored this property! We couldn’t have picked more perfect location. It was no more than a 20 minute walk or bus ride from all of the hotspots that we wanted to go to. It’s a wonderful area if especially for young adults and families that want several restaurants and a couple of hip bars to go to.The photos in the listing strongly reflected how the property was kept up. Very clean with a beautiful view. the photos I’ve listed here feature the view from the window and outside of the property.

We loved the location (plenty of shops, restaurants and grocery stores around) and the overall apartment was very nice. The apartment was also fully renovated while keeping the original Roman style flooring, which we found very unique. Communication with the ownership group was very good and they were very helpful with an easier and more convenient check in.WARNING, this apartment has 4 flights of narrow stairs and we DO NOT recommend it for anyone who is not in excellent shape or strong to carry luggage all the way upstairs.Note that you will be provided with only one tea towel and plenty of toilet paper but no paper towels. You will also have to purchase essentials like coffee, sugar and milk, while other premium host VRBOs are much more generous with basic starter essentials.However we still recommend this apartment for its overall location, cleanliness and easy communication with the ownership group.

Loved the quiet street tucked away from it all

A friend and I stayed for a couple nights and it was a great location to be away from all the hustle and bustle. It isn’t convenient to metro stops so we did a lot of walking (could’ve taken busses but didn’t). It was a lovely place. The restaurant downstairs was great! We accidentally locked the keys into the apartment and the service to get another set was great! The biggest draw back was having to meet someone to check in and get keys. They were accommodating though!
