Amazing RoofTop close to Vatican & Cola di Rienzo

A wonderful penthouse with a large terrace located 400 meters from San Pietro and a 10-minute walk from Castel Sant'Angelo, Via Condotti and Piazza Navona.
The apartment has a living room with sofa bed, large bedroom, spacious attic, kitchen and bathroom with Jacuzzi.
It accommodates up to 4 people and the magnificent location allows you to get around the center of Rome on foot.

APARTMENT RULES:

- ENTRANCE TO THE APARTMENT IS ALLOWED UNTIL 00:30-Late checkin fee from 22 to 00:30 of €50.If you arrive after 00:30 proceed to cancell the reservation

- The tourist tax (€ 6 per night per person) will be paid in cash upon arrival.

- For bookings longer than a week there is a weekly cleaning of € 45 in addition to the final cleaning of the apartment.

- travel cot available on request

IMPORTANT: to complete the online check-in it is necessary to put the photo of the identity card or passport. The driving license is invalid.
Guests must send documents relating to the registration of arrivals upon request.

Great flat

The flat was exactly as listed. Beautiful, clean and in a super neighborhood. The city of Rome apparently had turned off the gas so I couldn’t use the stovetop. I had some miscommunications with the owner, I suggested an electric kettle to boil water but didn’t get one. He refunded €80. Overall I would highly recommend this place .

Beautiful place in rome

This placebis great and the host was awesome for communication. Walking distance to the metro and the vatican and other must see attractions. Highly reccomend, was the highlight of our trip.

Perfect spot in Rome!

Such a great apartment! Super cool location by great restaurants and all kinds of shopping. Near Metro as well. Pretty inside, clean, and very local feel. We loved it! Property manager is wonderful!!

Awesome apartment in a great neighborhood!

The apartment was just as described. Riccardo was awesome to work with. 4th time to Rome so we were excited to try a new neighborhood. Prati was amazing! Walk to everywhere you want to be in Rome and escape to the quiet neighborhood with tons of restaurants!

A great apartment, great location, great rooftop outdoor space

We enjoyed this property while visiting Rome. The hosts were friendly and helpful during our stay. The unit is secure and having the rooftop space was phenomenal, definitely the highlight of the apartment. I recommend this place for staying in Rome and would stay again given the chance.
