In an elegant 17th century building, bright 90 m2 apartment in the heart of Rome. From all the windows you can admire one of the wonders of ancient Rome: the Pantheon. Large living room with sofa that can be transformed into a sofa bed for 2 guests, equipped kitchen and dining area. Double bedroom and 1 1/2 square bedroom. Bathroom with 130cm shower. Smart TV 50'', washing machine, independent heating, air conditioning. At guests' disposal a wicker basket for the Pic Nic.

Perfect location, beautiful apartment but inaccurate listing. This is a two bedroom with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, not a three bedroom. And it should be warned that this is on the third floor with no elevator. Otherwise, great place.

Wonderful Walkable Week

This flat could not be better located. We were right in the middle of everything and walked absolutely everywhere. Flat is spacious with lots of light. Listing photos are accurate. New windows block any street noise from below and open fully to allow a breeze into the space. There are air conditioners but we didn’t need to use them. Washing machine came in very useful. The negatives: be prepared for three flights of stairs as others have mentioned. The hot water for the shower is very finicky and it took a lot of trial and error to get a constant temperature. Water pressure in bathroom is not great, but ok in kitchen. One bed is super comfy, but the other is extremely hard. All in all, we had a great stay and really recommend the location of this flat.

Location - in the heart of the city center

We loved the location! Literally one can see the Pantheon if you stick your head out the window! It was close enough to easily get around by walking and for taxi’s to pick up, yet not right on the Pantheon square to have the noise. Communication with owner was easy and quick responses. Check in we met in the apartment for a quick overview tour and check out was simple communication and leaving the keys. Note there is not an elevator and apartment is up on the third floor. This was only a challenge as it was the end of our trip and our suitcases were very heavy with a lot of purchases.

Very Positive Experience

Outstanding location, beautiful walk-up apartment, clean and cozy. Owner is charming, knowledgeable and effectively communicated. Pleasant experience all around, would rent again.
