On the first floor of a building without an elevator, the apartment is composed of:
- A modern and spacious living room welcomes guests, with an open-plan kitchen elegantly divided by an archway. The living area offers a comfortable sofa, which can be converted into a double bed if needed, a flat-screen smart TV, and a charming coffee table. In the kitchen area, you'll find everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including utensils, MOKA pot, toaster, microwave, kettle, gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, and oven. Additionally, there is a dining table for meals or breakfast.
- The first double bedroom welcomes guests with an enchanting arch, a bright glass brick wall, and a comfortable double bed. The furnishings include a radiator, small bedside tables with lamps, and a spacious wardrobe.
- The second double bedroom features a wooden ceiling that adds warmth to the space, along with a large window that allows plenty of natural light. Completing the furnishings are bedside tables with lamps, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a mirror, and a radiator.
