"This was the perfect stay for our family of four (parents and two teens). The kitchen was just the right size for vacation cooking and the grill was nice to use for a couple meals. Beds were comfortable and the deck was the best part. We ate every meal outside, watching the sun change over the water. The kayaks were a huge draw and we used those extensively. The bathroom was spotless and just the right size. Definitely would recommend. "

"Beautiful view, cute and cozy! Only thing I seen that needed cleaned was the loft carpet was in pretty rough shape. But I just told my daughter to stay out of there and we had a nice stay. I would stay again. "

Really enjoyed sitting outside in front of the lake and the living room was cozy for evening chats. "This little house exceeded our expectations! It was clean and comfortable, well-stocked, and cozy. It is conveniently located between Middlebury and Shipshewana, with restaurants and shopping less than 10 minutes away. We will definitely stay here when we visit the area again!"

"Amazing new property that keeps large groups in mind. Beds were plentiful and comfortable. We enjoyed that we could all sit together to eat. We had 16 in our group. We liked the 2 level lighting and the Sonos sound system. We were right on the lake and rented a pontoon that we were able to dock right at the house. There were also kayaks. We are looking to come back next year! Would 100% recommend. "

"I spent every summer of my childhood in Oakwood, so I know the cottage well. It used to belong to Rev. Ross Cook. My grandparents were George and Marie Cook (no relation to Rev. "My family and I had a fun, relaxing stay at Sunset Peak! Check-in was smooth and easy, and Krista provided excellent communication with us when we reached out to her at the beginning of our stay. "We very much enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The photos are accurate. The hot tub was wonderful. Kitchen utensils were well stocked, but could have used more plates, wine glasses, etc. We ate 2 meals in and had to wash dishes after each meal. Unit could also used more hooks -either in hallway or bathrooms for wet towels (from both bath and hot tub) Basement closet was unusable. No rod or hangers. We loved looking out over the lake and used the deck as weather permitted. It's a nice spot to relax...

"It was a very nice place to stay while visiting Chain O Lakes State Park. I stayed here with my father when we weren't hiking. The place is small, but efficient with its use of space. It was very clean, and the checkin/checkout processes were simple and easy.We were able to cook our own breakfast each morning, and relax on the couch and watch TV each evening.
