"My wife and I enjoyed two incredible nights here. Check in was incredibly smooth and fast. Counter staff were friendly and helpful. Location allowed us to travel to the city center for shopping and to Southbank on foot. The architecture has great character. "Summary: they charged me a bogus fee for using a bed that should have been included in my reservation. It felt like a bait and switch and I really didn't like it. I booked a room for a family of five people. I was placed in a room with one queen/king sized bed, two twin beds, and a full/queen pull out sofa. Should be fine as there are 6 bed spaces in the room. "Great hotel"

"This is usually my hotel of choice when I have to stay in the city for work because the staff are friendly and parking isn't a pain. This stay was nice the room was big and comfortable however, I had so many issues trying to cast a show to the tv it was painful nothing would work and it really let down my stay."

"Room was clean on arrival but the service clean the next day was lacking. Left dirty towels behind our door and new hand towel left had yellow stains all on it. Didn’t clean kitchen.. minor things. I stay here whenever I’m in Brisbane for the convenience, easy parking and nice rooms."

"We had a great stay right in the heart of Brisbane. The room was clean and modern and while a little small it was perfect for us. Staff were really lovely and helpful and the breakfast was amazing! The meals at the restaurant are simple but tasted great. There is no pool, however the southbank pools are just across the river. All in all a good place to stay for a short trip to Brisbane."
