"Our second stay at the Bower House and it was lovely, the added air con units were a bonus. Very disappointed however to find out that the cooked breakfast options are not included in the week only on weekends. "

"Tucked in a quiet village yet close to many other Cotswold experiences we loved our stay here. Rooms are spacious and comfy, staff are friendly and helpful and it was nice to come home to the pub and restaurant after a long day of exploring. "

"This was a good central location in The Cotswolds to explore from if you have an automobile. Nice, comfortable room. Really good restaurant on site and nice grounds to enjoy (although the weather did not allow that experience)."

"We were pleased with the breakfast on Sunday morning as we could order off a menu but then the next 2 mornings was only a few small items to pick from. Monday morning there was a person to help out if we needed anything but Tuesday morning there was no one to be found. When I went to pay for the stay (it said to pay at property) I had to leave the money with cleaning staff. Then I get an email that says they charged my card on the first day so they ended up keeping my money and putting a...

"The hotel has new owners and is under renovation. Our room was all brown, kind of cave-like to mimic a stable. We ran out of toilet paper and there was no spare at 7 am. There are no tissues either, but a really nice espresso machine. Breakfast was amazing, with smoothies and a cooked menu. The location was great. We hiked to Ebrington and through the countryside. Views from the manor were beautiful. "

"Great staff, nice breakfast, free tickets to the miniature land. Likely parking lot will be full during the day but there is a public car park to the left (4 minute walk) and out by the Coop which is about a 7 minute walk. "

"Excellent stay - treated very well for my birthday with upgrade and pudding and staff being so nice to us. Lovely tranquil area in a pretty village after many places in the Cotswold were busy so we would head straight here next time. Would recommend and hope to stay again. "
