  • Location
    Exuma Point is in Rolleville, which is located 11 miles from Exuma International Airport and 0.5 miles from the Swimming Pigs Island.
    The resort is literally a 2-3 minutes boat ride to the Swimming Pigs. The villas are situated on the beach overlooking the Pig Island. Come and watch the pigs swim from your balcony, and enjoy the fresh sea breeze whilst sleeping across the waters from the Pig Island.

    All of the cottages are on the oceanfront. Both the rooms and Villas have a panoramic view of Rolleville harbor and beaches.


    The rooms offer breathtaking views of the turquoise rolleville harbor from every room. Our cottages located in the northern point of Rolleville about 400 feet south of the Pig Island, offers cable TV , DVD, Wi-Fi,Refrigerator, private bathroom, Air conditioning and a private porch with lounge chairs.



    Private Beach
    The resort sits on acres of beachfront property. The private beach stretches for about 3 miles without disturbance. The restaurant is literally on the water.
    There are hammocks, lounge chairs and swings when you just want to lay back and relax. Or just want to walk our miles of beaches.

    On-Site Restaurant
    Enjoy Bahamian and American dishes at Exuma Point Beach Bar & Grill. You can dine outdoor on the sea deck or upstairs in air-conditioned dining room.

    Exuma Cay Adventures
    Take a boat trip to explore the rest of the Exuma cays and private celebrity Islands. Hunt for starfish and conchs, visit the sandbars, Thunder ball Grotto, snorkeling at the aquarium, swim with the sharks or visit our turtle nursery. Call or text Nixon at 1242-524-3867.

    Swimming Pig Tour
    Hop across the waters to the Pig Island and swim with our world famous swimming pigs. You can chill with the pigs or relax and have a picnic with them.
    Cave Hunt
    Tour the historical beach cave located right on the shoreline. Visit where the pirates and loyalists slave hide out, and search for lost treasure left behind.
    Blue Hole Diving
    Take a trip to the blue-hole site. Dive and explore the beautiful underwater cave. The blue hole is a few hundred feet from the resort.
    Volleyball
    Two beach volleyball courts are located on the property for a game of fun and competition.
    Just Relax
    There are hammocks, lounge chairs and swings when you just want to lay back and relax. Or just want to walk our miles of beaches.

    Jet Ski, Boat Rental & Tours
    Jet Skis, small Skiffs and boats are available for rental at the resort dock. Boat tours can be customized and arranged at the office.

    Snorkeling and Fishing
    Explore the Exuma tranquil water and ocean reef on a snorkeling trip. Or go line fishing or deep-sea fishing for your own seafood meal.

    Night dining on Pier
    Enjoy the privacy of the nightlife on the water, by having a candlelight dinner on the Pier.

    Enjoy yourself in the warm crystal clear waters of the Exumas, snorkeling, fishing or just walking miles of beaches. You can get a guide to take you bone fishing, deep sea fishing, Contact Elvis or Nixon to arrange boat rental and guide at 1-242-554-2594 or 1242-524-3867. Absolutely stunning views! The host is incredible, the cottage was spacious and clean, the entire area is beautiful. Waking up on the beach, coffee in hand, or sitting outside in the evening listening to the waves under a palm tree... It was fantastic and would highly recommend.

The house was cozy. However we had no hot water from the time we got there to when we left. The host seemed to care, and a maintenance person came by late evening, said he would be back the following morning. When we returned that afternoon, there was no hot water still. The message went unanswered, until late that night. Cold showers do not make for an enjoyable stay. The restaurant was not open while we were there, though it states 7 days a week, and there was visible termite activity on the hallway wall, in several locations.

Lovely resort, friendly people!!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was clean and decently stocked. The view and beach are wonderful and we loved the goats that wander around. The beach bar was casual and welcoming when open (off season, so closed for part of our stay), and the staff is just wonderful. So kind. Our listing did have an error, stating that it slept 6 when there were beds for only four, but they brought us a nice, new air mattress which worked out fine. I would recommend a stay here for an off the beaten path, authentic experience. We'd love to come back some day.

Christmas vacation

The property is very dirty. They burn garage next to road. Rather than landscape they have goats running around eating on everything. The restaurant was always closed when we return to room after day. They will open for yatch cruisers but do not support their guests very well. Overall the property has excellent potential but is horribly mismanaged. I could go on and on about all.the deficiencies. I will not stay here ever again.

Gorgeous beach front area that is quiet and is a great deal! Small family run resort/cottages on the north western end of island 45 minutes from Georgetown and 28 minutes from airport. Good communication with host. Resort restaurant did buffet on Sundays. You need to call them if you want service at other times. Free kayaks to use. Paddling to pig island takes only 30 minutes each way. Highly recommend renting a car. If your cottage has a kitchen, bring frozen food and staples since most full sized groceries are a distance and many restaurants are not open in evenings or at all. Gorgeous turquoise water everywhere! Exuma and this resort are quiet and laid back with friendly people.

Sweet little bungalow

Blue Marlin is a really sweet little bungalow in a complex of about 6 others. Its a stones throw from the beach which is pretty much deserted! There is a pier to fish from (they don't advise swimming except very close to the shore as there are sharks and a lot of fast boats traveling in the area). There are kayaks for free which you can use. On Sundays the restaurant has an all you can eat buffet which was really good. The only down side was that we were a party of 6 and the listing is a little misleading as it implies there are enough beds - there are only beds for 4 people. However, they did provide a blow up double bed and bedding so it wasn't a big problem. The wifi tends to only work if the TV is switched on which took us a while to figure out. There is some mould and rust in the bathroom and the water pressure is not good. They do also warn you to buy your own water as the water is not safe to drink. Overall we loved it for the price.

It’s an okay place for the money.

It was my first time to Exuma so I don’t have other properties to compare it to.For starters we had trouble finding it in the dark due to the inaccurate location given through the app. If they would have just told us to Google Exuma point resort it would have taken us straight there. My biggest complaint is the showers barely have any water pressure. You’re probably better off cleaning in the sink. The WiFi didn’t work at all. Normally I wouldn’t care but this was a work strip and it made things difficult. I inquired about it and was passed off to someone else that never helped. The AC worked pretty good, but it was off when we arrived and it was 85 in the house. It would have nice to at least have it on and cooling the house down to a reasonable temperature for our arrival. The restaurant was non existent so don’t count on that. This place has lots of potential in the right hands. It’s quiet and low key so that’s nice.

Worst experience ever do not stay here

We were told to wait at the restaurant for check in, it was closed. We waited hours and nobody was around the property, we only saw goats roaming around. We had to make last minute arrangements for a place to stay. Property and amenities not as described, very deceptive description. Property manager difficult to deal with. Even though we could not check in or stay at the property, the owner refused to refund our money. After my experience with this property, I would not stay here if you paid me.

La location ne correspondait pas à l’annonce. Nous avions réservé pour 6 personnes et 3 chambres. La maison était uniquement avec 2 chambres pour 4. Heureusement que le propriétaire nous a permis de loger dans un appartement supplémentaire. Il manquait beaucoup d’ustensiles de cuisine. Le propriétaire a fait le nécessaire mais il faut du matériel pour pouvoir cuisiner pour 6 personnes. Pas de table pour dîner. La propreté était très correcte et la clim parfaite. Un cadre exceptionnel mais un peu loin de la ville. Un séjour exceptionnel et une île paradisiaque.

Home Away

I enjoyed my stay at the Swimming Pigs Resorts… The Villas are comfortable and clean… The Staff are FABULOUS they make you feel like you are a part of One Big Happy Family… I would highly recommend a rental car … My next comment has nothing to do with this Resort but the area as a whole…The best advice I pick up before going from a review AND I’M SO GLAD I LISTENED…Oay to check an extra suite case and take groceries with including meat…soft pack cooler and gel ice packs work wonders… Once you get there and see the prices you’ll be GLAD You did…. My overall stay once I got a rental car ( I would recommend doing that before you get there) was Fabulous…. The Resort is definitely A HOME AWAY FROM HOME !!’ Family and Neighbors I say Thumbs Up…👍👍🏾

The Good and the Bad

Property is located in an excellent northern location of Exuma. There was no one on the beaches except for us. Awesome! Clean and well described property, but getting there the signs are not the best just keep driving and you will run into it. There was no TV and No WIFI, which was very disturbing but I survived. I would go back, but I will make sure they have a location with Wifi.

Nothing better than arriving and being greeted with a smile. Forget standing in line and checking in. Keys are on top of the refrigerator and here's a bag of ice. Drink in hand in minutes and headed to the restaurant and dock. Met Maryanne and enjoyed a great lobster omelet in the am. Shared my bbq sauce with them and traded stories and pictures. Explored a cave someone lived in. Taught the bartender a good Bloody Mary recipe. Good fun. Great people. We will be back

Love this place, we will be back.

Modern Villas, great place to stay. The view of the beach and ocean, are absolutely amazing. Elvis and Mary Ann will make you feel like family. The restuarant and bar is open from 11:00am - 4:00pm, the lobster is incredible and we ate it every day.

Peaceful, Serene, and Family Friendly

The place is still under construction, but the 2 bedrooms villas are comfortable for a family of 4. The meals we ate in the villa (mostly breakfast) we ate them in the living room because the kitchen table could only accommodate 2. It would be a great improvement if it included a microwave, and the cooking pans should probably be replaced soon. The hosts are very accommodating. I would probably visit the place again, but if you stay there you must be prepared to drive about 30 minutes whenever you need, or want, to go to George Town for anything. We did it every day, but we like to explore a lot wherever we visit, so we are used to driving a lot on vacation.

Great !!!! made us feel like family!

This place was just what we hoped it would be, no crowded beach , and Mary Ann and Tory were so nice and genuine , we felt as if we were old friends.
