BananaKeet Villa! Beachfront home with incredible views on one of Exuma's most beautiful beaches. Flamingo Bay has over 1.25 miles of walkable soft white sandy beach. A protective outer reef keeps the crystal clear water calm - perfect for swimming, floating, paddle board or kayaks. There are even small patch reefs for snorkeling right off the beach. There are also several restaurants/bars within walking distance of the villa.

Our home has 4 Bedrooms, all with King Beds and private en suite Bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances, quartz countertops and a huge island for cooking and entertaining. Ice Maker for frozen drinks and coolers. Fast Starlink wifi.

Plenty of beach toys and equipment for you to enjoy during your stay. Paddle boards, Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, floats and corn hole game. Fun in the sun!

What a true piece of paradise! This home is everything you would want for a true vacation. No need to bring floats, chairs, sun shades, snorkel gear, they have it all. Nicka is amazing and keeps this home in pristine condition. She is so kind and helpful. I truly cannot say enough nice things about this property, the owners, and management. 10 out of 10!

A really beautiful home on the most beautiful beach we saw in our time in Exuma. Clean, quiet, well-appointed. Visited with our four sons for their spring break. I wouldn't change a thing about the home. It was perfect for our family but would also be fantastic with up to four couples. Nicka was wonderful and had our grocery order unpacked for us at the house prior to our arrival. Both Nicka & Scott were available and responsive. We loved exploring Exuma, Stocking and beyond. Fun tip: our boys brought skim boards and it turns out Exuma is a skim boarding paradise with its shallow waters and flat beaches/sandbars! They had so much fun at Point beach, man o war cay and even the beach right in front of the house. Maybe something to consider if coming with preteen/teenage kids:)

Our stay at BananaKeet Villa was truly special. Scott was wonderful to work with from the start, and Nicka, the property manager, was always available, responsive, and so kind in all of her communications. Their care and attention made everything feel seamless and welcoming.We were fortunate to host friends throughout our two-week stay, and the villa was the perfect setting for gathering, relaxing, and enjoying time together. So many core memories were made with our family and friends during this trip, and we will cherish them for years to come.We would absolutely love to come back and experience it all again.

Awesome villa! Everything was found to be as advertised and more. BananaKeet is comfortable, safe, beautifully appointed and best of all, it's right on the beach. My 3 sons and I stayed from 8/13-8/20/25 and want to go back next year. The owners and property manager were so accommodating that they felt like family. Book it for your next vacation - you won't be disappointed.

Bananakeet bliss

The house was perched right on the best beach in Exuma. Everything was comfortable, lots of indoor and outdoor seating, beach chairs and loungers, kayaks, paddle boards.Kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and well laid out with each primary suite overlooking the beach. The host was very quick to respond and answered all our questions before and during our stay. The on-island manager who checked us in/out made the whole process as easy as it could be.

Absolute Paradise

From the time we booked up until the time we left, Scott and Nicka were both so wonderful at communicating! Couldn’t have asked for sweeter people! Upon arriving, Nicka went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, and it was! The house and beach literally look like a postcard! We couldn’t get over the beauty of the backyard, beach and colors of the ocean! It felt like we had our own private island! Being able to walk out to the beach daily was a highlight for sure! And there were so many options to do outdoors too! By far the prettiest location we’ve ever stayed! We had 8 adults and the house was perfect for our group! We all had our own room and bathroom and it was so nice being able to eat dinner together nightly at the dining room table. And let’s not forget the view while eating! The house was so beautiful and looked even better in person, if you can believe that! Seriously one of the best vacations we’ve ever had! We can’t wait to come back!

Gorgeous home in Exuma!

I cannot say enough about this incredible home! Nicka, the house manager, was so kind and made the check in/out process so easy. The house is very clean and stocked with all the kitchen amenities you need. There is also a grill for those low-key days. Endless beach equipment- many chairs, umbrellas, rafts, paddle boards, sand toys, snorkel gear, etc. It is about a 30 minute drive to Georgetown if you are wanting to shop for groceries at Exuma Markets however, Smitty’s convenience store is closer to the house and had all of the groceries/products we needed. The location of this home is perfection- Flamingo Bay is calm and great for swimming {especially for small children}. My kids enjoyed snorkeling the reef right off the beach from the house! We saw a few sea turtles in the reef and even saw dolphins one evening about 50 yards from us! We recommend eating at Cocoplum Bistro for either lunch or dinner or both . It’s nice to have such a great restaurant within walking distance. I could go on and on about all the things we loved about this home. We hope to come back soon and BananaKeet Villa will be our first choice!

Amazing stay in Exuma

Bananakeet Villa is the perfect place to stay on Exuma. Located on a beautiful beach with just enough activity. Sit on the porch and enjoy the view or have fun in the water in a kayak or on paddleboard. It is well stocked with all of the conveniences you need to feel comfortable away from home. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms very nice, the living area set up well for spending time with your group. We would definitely love to come back.

Amazing House, Amazing Location!!

The pictures don’t even do the house and beach justice. It is truly even better in real life. The house was so well stocked and the layout is perfect for a large family or 4 couples. The kitchen is a dream and has everything you could need and more. I fell in love with the washing machine and dryer set, as well as the dishwasher!The hosts, both owners and the locals who care for the home, are easy to work with and super friendly. Fantastic communication too. The location is great. We had the beach nearly to ourselves most days, yet the house is within walking distance to a couple great restaurants and a short drive from a bunch more. We liked being a bit away from the main town, yet close enough that it is an easy drive to head to Georgetown when needed. I truly can’t say enough about this house and the island of Exuma in general. Everyone is so friendly and the color of the water colors are surreal. Thanks for the incredible vacation!

The beautiful pictures from the listing are almost unbelievable, but even they don't do this home and beach justice. This is a perfect island getaway.My family (myself, adult siblings, and our partners) stayed at Bananakeet to celebrate my mother's birthday, and everything was spectacular. The homeowners were extremely generous and gracious to have arranged a custom birthday cake (which was delicious!) beforehand and had it waiting for us when we arrived.The appliances at the villa are top notch. The cookware is perfect (and the kitchen knives are sharp!) for preparing family meals to be enjoyed around the gorgeous view the wall to wall sliding glass doors provide. And if you want to eat out, there is a lovely bistro a few doors down and easily accessible by walking shortly down the beach.The water is beautiful, and there is excellent snorkeling to be had directly in front of the villa! We even saw a small turtle multiple times! The home had 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards which made for a great variety of things to do.We would highly recommend this location and plan to stay again.

Absolutely beautiful home

The house was absolutely gorgeous and on a beautiful beach. The owners were fantastic with communication from the moment we booked and the properly manager was so helpful and responsive. This was perfect for our family of five but would be great for four couples as well, as each room is private with its own bathroom.

Amazing Property!

This was our first time visiting Exuma and boy did we hit the jackpot with this beautiful property! The home was just built recently and it is obvious that the owner put great detail into making this the perfect property for families to come and enjoy their vacation. They thought of everything! Nicka the house manager is an absolute joy! She is so helpful and kind. Any questions we had, she responded immediately and gave us lots of great recommendations. Paradise in Exuma

Absolutely beautiful home and views! Lots of activities to do straight from your backyard. From snorkeling to kayaking and playing games or if you just want to relax and admire the views. The outdoor shower for rinsing off was perfect. Plenty of room for 7 people and well designed if you just want your own private space. The host was amazing and so very helpful. Definitely will book again if we decide to vacation in Exuma in the future. Thank you to the owners for all your help and guidance. We had a wonderful time and created beautiful memories that will last a lifetime !!

Our family had a great stay at the Bananakeet Villa. The property is clean, safe and spectacular. There is a reef for snorkeling just off shore. The owners have a property manager that stays in contact to make sure everything is going well. Kitchen has all needed utensils.

Paradise Found!

Our beautiful beachfront villa is located on the most beautiful beach in the Exuma's. The house is gorgeous and very well appointed with stunning ocean views from both the master suites. The house sits on a beautiful sand beachfront. The views are amazing. There are beautiful bedrooma in totaleach with its own on-suitre bathroom. The kitchen is spacious with all the latest applicances and an outdoor bbq.The people in the Exumas are all so warm and friendly. We will definetly be back.
