"2泊分の料金を払っているのにチェックインさせてもらえず、予約の画面を見せても何を言っても一方的に逆ギレされた。長いこと話をし、結局ホテル側の共有不足だったのか部屋に入れてもらえたが謝罪もなし。最悪な対応。せめて謝れよ。"

"For being in a 9/10 location right in Paris it was great. The bed was super comfortable and everything was clean and elegant. I knew getting the place that there is no front desk and even though they give you detailed accurate instructions as to how to use the QR code to check in, it is a bit of a learning curve. I personally like having a front desk and it would be quite tricky if you lost or damaged your phone but the process works as the host describes and they are very helpful. Excellent...

"フロントスタッフが居ない事、部屋の清掃、タオル交換が別料金である事を予約前に確認すべきでした。格安なホテルのこのシステムが今一般的なのでしょうがスタッフとの連絡が取れないのが大変不便でした。 特にセイフティーボックスが故障した緊急事態でも「スタッフは行けない」「電話をしろ」との返答をエクスペリアを通して伝えられただけでした。 部屋は新しく清潔でキッチンも整っておしゃれなタイニーハウスの様で快適です 観光拠点にも最高でしたが不安だらけの滞在でした。"

"Very clean on arrival. Well equipped if you want to self cater, hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine.
Location good, metro and buses within 250 metres, 20 minutes walk to Louvre. Restaurants close by.We found Bistrot Dubillot good food, reasonable prices for two courses and bottle of house wine for two people. We had studio with terrace, useful for morning coffee etc."
