"Awesome property and cabin "

"Our stay was wonderful. Nature all around us. The cabin was very well equipped. Nothing we can thing of was missing. Shower room has everything short of a toothbrush. :) Kitchen has a bar area that seats 4. Coffee/Kuerig combination that also dispenses hot and cold water. Big smart TV in living area. Check in was super easy. An access code is sent and it works well. For nature lovers - we were very amused by all the hummingbirds chasing each other around. "

"This is a spacious home, with a beautiful front room that faces a pond. It's in a very relaxing location. Furniture is minimalist, could use an extra chair. On this trip, my sisters and I spent 3 days there and went to Barter theater to watch "Frozen." My nephew enjoyed the fishing. Great place, great show. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to relax."

"This was a return stay and like the first time, it didn't disappoint. Had everything we needed. Check-in and out is seamless. View of the river has changed a little after the 2024 flood but you can actually see more of the river, a plus. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing country setting, this place is for you."

"We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and had everything we needed. Quiet area and close to restaurants and shops. Much larger than we anticipated and our son really enjoyed the loft area. If we ever come back to the area we will stay here."

"Great communication and the place worked perfectly for what we needed! I recommend staying here is you need a nice, smaller place for a few nights!"

"This property is a wonderful, peaceful retreat perfect for a family get away. Fishing in the morning, swimming in the afternoon; meals on the large covered back porch—the perfect setting to have a relaxed and enjoyable time together with family and friends. The house was very clean and the host was very responsive and helpful with all our questions. This is a place we would definitely return to visit in the future."

"Condo was very clean, had everything needed to cook a meal, plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable,pool was large and never crowded. View from balcony was amazing. The complex was peaceful and quite. Communication with owner was timely and easy. Would definitely stay here again. Only down fall,if you are traveling with children or teens, there is nothing close by for them to do. If you are planning to stay in this location and want to rent a boat, do so early, they were booked when we arrived. "

"What a gem nestled in the Tennessee hills overlooking Cherokee Lake. Four adults puttered around comfortable in this home away from home."

"We had an amazing trip. The house was well furnished, and stocked with lots of extras I didn't expect. The beds were comfortable. The views from the house are breathtaking. The dock is extremely nice, and so convenient for swimming and boating. "

"Four ladies taking a trip to Bristol to see the MLB Speedway Classic. This house was beyond perfect. Incredibly clean, everything was so comfortable, great showers, adorable decor. The hosts were so accommodating, responsive, and took care of any questions we had sometimes before we even asked them! Sadly, the event that we were in town to see was rained out on Saturday, and we were scheduled to leave on Sunday. Our host sent a text asking if we needed to stay Sunday night before it even...
