I have stayed here a few times and never had any issues. Unfortunately, this stay our room had some plumbing issues and the toilet was clogged and would not flush. We called the front desk and left a message, text the guest services multiple times and then went to the front desk to try to get assistance with no luck. I finally found a staff member around 11:30 pm and she told me she was the only one there but looked up my room on the computer and told me she would send someone up shortly. I told her if she gave me a plunger i could try to fix it. She assured me they would take care of it. I waited until about 1:30 am before i fell asleep. In the morning i went down to use the restroom in the lobby before checking out. I received the text from guest services asking how our stay was, I explained it would be better if I had a working toilet. I received a text later in the day when I was almost home with an apology. At that point way too late.
With a hotel of this quality and price i shouldn't had to smell raw sewage all night and leave the room to pee. I love the convenient location, hopefully they can find more staff that can assist customers in the future.
