Luxurious 4-6 person holiday villa on the water.

Our holiday park is located in a unique green location, in the middle of the Randstad on the edge of Roelofarendsveen. Here, you can experience the tranquillity of the surrouding meadows but with entertainment nearby. Amsterdam is just 20 minutes away (by car) from our park. In spring, it is easy to drive to both the bulb fields and the Keukenhof. It is an ideal place for a holiday with family and friends. Here, you can enjoy a luxurious, active and relaxing holiday. Our park is small-scale and consists of a total of 12 holiday homes. All holiday homes are spread over a narrow spit of land, surrounded by water. This offers the possibility to come by boat. 

Our detached water villas were built in 2023 and all have their own spacious enclosed garden, jetty and veranda. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the outdoors on your own terrace by the water. If you feel like fishing, you can just throw out a fishing rod (don't forget your fishing license). Swimming in open nature is also an option; you have your own swimming ladder at the jetty. You can get to know the area by bike, but you can, of course, also take a boat out on the water. The quiet polder waters of Roelofarendsveen are also ideally suited to explore by canoe or sup board.

You can also enjoy beautiful boat trips from our park. From your garden, you can enjoy fishing and swimming in open nature. If you don't have a boat yourself, you can rent an electric boat. We are happy to help you with that. Boat maps of the area can be purchased at the reception. In the summer months you can make use of our bread service. You can pick these up starting from 8.30 AM; a wonderful way to start a new day of your holiday.

Einfach nur super!

Was für eine schöne Unterkunft, direkt an einem kleinen Polder mit Blick über die Felder und Windmühlen. Die Häuser sind mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Kajaks und SUP können jederzeit kostenlos genutzt werden. Dazu die unheimlich nette Vermieter-Familie mit Hund Mick als Highlight für die Kinder. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Très bien mais un peu cher !

Très bonne semaine passée à Tulpenacker : beau site, calme, logement récent de qualité !Quelques axes de progrès possibles concernant le nombre de chambres (vue le prix de la semaine) et l'équipement : vaisselles, tables et chaises extérieures pour manger sur la terrasse le midi. Traduction des procédures en français également serait un plus étant donné que nous sommes sur un hébergement "haut de gamme" !

Beautiful stay in a beautiful location

This was a great location mid-way between Rotterdam and Amsterdam, in a quiet village with grocery stores and restaurants. It was just minutes off the main highway. The lodging was a newly built on a canal; quiet, peaceful and with many kinds of birds and waterfowl. Hosts were helpful, friendly and always available to answer questions.

Charming South Holland get away

Beautiful property with wonderful HostsErwin and Kim. The cottage was perfect with scenic views of wildlife and the countryside. We rented one of the electric boats for a day of canal exploring and a ride to town. Road the E-bikes around the countryside and to town. ALL their restaurant recommendations were excellent. Definitely would recommend this property for a quiet weekend or for families with children.

Tolle Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Bildern gezeigt und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Besonderes Highlight war für uns das Boot, welches man sich mieten konnte. Die Gastgeber waren super nett und verständnisvoll. Gerne wieder!

Verbesserungen am Haus

Durch die Nähe an Bauernhöfen wäre es notwendig Fliegengitter zu installiern. Angenehme Nächte nur mit Klimaanlage möglich. Umgebung super für Bade- und Fahradbegeisterung. Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich es wäre noch ein kleinen Tick besser wenn die Rezeption länger besetzt ist (kurzfristige Entscheidungen für Ausleihmöglichketen Boot, Fahrad, Tischtenns etc.) Sonst war der Aufenthalt super.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft und tolle Lage. Viele Städte sind in 20-40 Minuten zu erreichen. Die direkte Lage am Wasser und in der Natur sind ideal um sich zu entspannen! Alles war perfekt!

Perfect from start to finish!

Everything about De Tulpenacker is just perfect! The views are incredible and the surrounding neighbourhood is like something from a film, it’s picture perfect! The accommodation was clean, very well equipped and super comfortable, everything was thought of. There was ample outdoor and indoor seating for all 6 guests and even having the 3rd bed in the living room was completely made up for by the view in the morning. The facilities were such a bonus with unlimited use of kayaks,and paddle boards, we were never short for something to do. We hired e-bikes for the day which was great! Kim and Erwin were so friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. A really wonderful experience! We will be back for sure!

Unsere Ferien waren sehr erholsam und ruhig. Auf den Kanälen konnte man wunder mit dem SUP oder Kanu den Ort erkunden. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett.

Toller Urlaub

Bei De Tulpenacker konnten wir einen wirklich tollen Urlaub verbringen. Wir waren 1 Woche zu viert dort. Die Lage ist recht zentral und gut erreichbar. Alle Häuser sind sehr gut ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet. Es fehlt einem an nichts! Die Häuser liegen am anliegenden Fluss, sodass man von der Terrasse direkt ins Wasser springen kann. Das ist Urlaub! Man kann sich E-Bikes vor Ort mieten und alles erkunden. Kostenlos stehen Kanus und SUBs zur Verfügung. Was auch wirklich toll ist, ist die Tulpenroute mit dem Flüsterboot! Die können wir jedem wärmsten empfehlen. Außerdem möchten wir noch erwähnen, dass die Gastgeber Kim und Erwin super freundlich sind und uns alle Wünsche möglich gemacht haben. Lieben Dank an dieser Stelle! Auch der Familienhund Mick machte uns sehr viel Freude. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
