"Such a cute place to stay. You own individual cottage with full kitchen. It’s a little tight when you bring suitcases but minor issue. Staff was so nice and helpful. Would be fun to come with more people and get your places next to each other. Small shared patio on some. Great place. "

"The location is great, but very expensive. We like having a kitchen and laundry facility. There is no fan provided, so be prepared in warmer months. The bathroom door is frosted glass and does not reach the ceiling. "

"Nice clean basic Hotel with a great shower that was just perfect for our needs as we were visiting our daughter in San Francisco and we’re basically just there to sleep! We were on the street side so it could get pretty noisy at night, but with an earplugs, we were just fine. Nothing fancy, but clean and moderately priced."

"This was a great stay over all. Great communication and very fast response. Place was exactly how the online photos looked. Only minor thing was the couch had miscellaneous food and trash debris in the cracks. Will definitely recommend."

"This is the most charming cottage. John and Arthur have thoughtfully created a comfortable and tranquil space. Yet, it is close to many fun restaurants, shopping and even breweries. Park Street in Alameda has it all. Easy into San Francisco on the ferry or a short car ride. If you’re lucky to have a chat with the hosts they are as charming and fascinating as the home they have curated. "

"I was only there for one evening. I wanted to be close to the Oakland airport for my Monday mid morning flight to avoid traffic. It’s a perfect place for that. No need to get on the freeway and just a short 4-5 mile drive down the hill. Very pretty area too. Oh and the water pressure for the shower was awesome and heats up quick. Thank you again for a very convenient and peaceful stay! I will stay again when in the area. "

"We are a three generation family ages ranging from 82 to 10 years. Besides excellent housing amenities, the games were a big hit. The property is in a beautiful location. Close to town but on the edge of country. Perfect for small or larger number of guess. Relax by one of 2 fire pits, or barbeque at the gazebo with the whole gang. What a wonderful place to stay in a beautiful part of California. "

"Amazing location and amazing views! My kids loved the ‘secret garden’ and the cats. The flat was well located for all the things we wanted to do. The place has everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Robert was a welcoming host and checked in to see if we needed anything. The decor is a little dated, but it doesn’t matter because you will be looking out the windows all the time. We would absolutely stay there again!"

"Sara was a great communicator and was a great host for 8 of us! The place is very clean and has great decorations that make it a great place to stay. There was a problem with the toilet but she got back to us right away and told us it was just slow. She said she was fixing it right after our stay. Would love to stay here again!"
