"Wonderful place to stay. Very clean! Beautiful home! So close to everything you need! We stayed to be close to my son’s wedding venue. Location was great, close to Costco, Target, Walmart and places to eat. Perfect for all your last minute needs and shopping. Fenced in backyard so toddlers could play on grass. Host was very responsive and accommodating! Would stay again! So close to ski resorts, canyons, parks, hiking. "

"Beautiful location. Quiet and the stars were amazing! Hot tub was really nice also. Kitchen was small so we had to do some creative timing to prepare Thanksgiving dinner for 35, not all 35 were staying in the house. Could have used some more towels in the bathrooms and for the hot tubs. Also, you really need four wheel drive in the winter. Other than that we had a nice time. "

"We were in town visiting family and this property was only 5 minutes away from where they live, so very convenient. It fit us all well and the bed was SO COMFORTABLE!"

"This home is full of warmth and charm with a great view of the mountains right in the back yard. Julie and Arron the owners are wonderful people and made our stay very comfortable. We loved the hot tub and spaciousness of the home. Comfortable beds, big kitchen, with everything you could possibly need. For sure the best Vrbo we have ever stayed at!"

"Very new development house was pretty much brand new. All bedrooms upstairs for quietness and fit our party of 7 perfect. If u have kids they have a Nintendo Wii that was fun to play. Springville and Provo are close by. Seemless check in and out and good communication with the host. "

"Our mom has been in the Care center in Santaquin, Utah and this may be the last Thanksgiving we had with her. A few of Us live out of Utah and needed a place to be together so we can have the holiday with my mom. This place was perfect and it helped Bond us together and be together which hasn't happened in a really long time."

"Communication with the host was simple, quick responses, the home was clean, they even had snacks available. We ended up having more guests than I originally booked for. I communicated with the host and they sent a link to pay the increased cleaning fee and she went to the house before we arrived to put out extra towels. The home is beautifully decorated with a cowboy theme. We stayed here because our son was getting married at the Payson temple, which was a convenient 5 minute drive away. It...

"We had an amazing stay! The home was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and felt brand new — even better than we hoped for. It was so comfortable, thoughtfully equipped, and made everything about our trip easy and relaxing. Garage access wasn’t available (not noted in the listing), but the home itself was perfect and met all our needs. We’d absolutely love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a bright, welcoming place to stay!"

"We don’t have one bad thing to say about this property! It was incredible. It had everything we could’ve possibly wanted or needed to make our stay comfortable and fun and the owners were great at communicating and giving clear instructions. We enjoyed the backyard and the downstairs movie room the most and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We would stay again in a heartbeat."

"Excellent property. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful views of mountains and lake. Great patio area and lots of games and movies, although no time to enjoy it this trip. Comfy bed, well equipped kitchen. Entrance steps might be issue for someone with mobility issues but otherwise accessible. Hosts very helpful. Would stay again. "

"We were in town for a funeral and this was a perfect fit out needs. I traveled with my infant and met my mom, sister, nieces and nephew there. The home has cute little nursery with a crib, rocking chair, and futon that was exactly what i needed. My mom had a hard time with stairs, so the bedroom downstairs with the attached full bathroom was just right for her. There were toys for the toddler girls and perfect space for my sister and her kids. It was just ideal for our group. Thank you!"
