"This property is beautifully designed and mountain views from every room. The location is perfect - just a short drive to town for easy access to restaurants, shops and the train.The house is a true sanctuary, with two kitchens, one being acommercial kitchen that made cooking a joy, luxurious beds in all the rooms for ultimaterelaxation. "Wife and I stayed at this cute renovated/condoed hotel in downtown Durango. Great location for all the Main St shops & restaurants & train station. Very clean (except window exteriors) and comfortable. Mini kitchen was perfect for breakfasts each day, and bed was very comfortable. Proximity to train tracks was fun too, with the 8 am and 9 am trains blowing their whistles as they went by. Overall a great place for a couple visiting Durango. "

"The space was just what we needed. We were there for a wedding and got in late the first day. Getting access to the building was very easy and simple. We enjoyed the exercise, climbing the stairs. "

"Our family of 4 had a simply amazing time staying at this property. The condo was great, had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. The close proximity to the pool area couldn't be beat. Our kids had an absolute blast!"

"We really enjoyed staying at this condo! The large gathering area in the living room/dining room was great for our group of 6. I felt like the condo was well appointed with items to cook and clean. Our only issue is the loft got very hot in the afternoons and evenings. An A/C unit upstairs is needed. Overall we had a great stay though!"

"The view from the deck of the mountains was so beautiful. We saw deer, wild turkey, fox, chipmunks, ground squirrels and loads of birds.The house was well stocked in the kitchen and laid out perfectly for us."

"Condo was as presented on line. Comfortable place to spend a couple nights while exploring Durango. The stairs into the unit from the parking lot provided a few extra steps. :) Also note that the loft bedroom was warm ...we used the fans provided but found it a bit challenging to get cooled down. Not a big deal, just fyi.. Convenient drive to downtown. I would stay here again."
