"VERY gracious of host. Very nice. Little in the rental for how and what to with things. VERY rustic little rental. VERY old. Front door can’t open all the way. In the country - awesome. No check out instructions and needed to ask for access to internet. Our electronics didn’t work without venu internet - due to remoteness. Husband loved the place. I was ok with it. Host was wonderful."

"Had a great stay! It was a perfect base for our ski trip. The condo was spotless and had enough room for our family. Communication with Jennifer was great, she answered our questions quickly and thoughtfully, even with tips from her kids to ours. The hot tub and pool were great to relax in after hitting the slopes as well. We will definitely be back!"

"Heaven! My wife and I loved this place for the breathtaking views from the house. The place was conveniently located near downtown Durango for shopping and for catching the train to Silverton and Mesa Verde National Park. The place itself was cozy and spotless, perfect for a couple's retreat and getaway, offering peace and tranquility. We will definitely stay here again when we return to town."

"Loved, loved, loved the A-frame cabin in the woods. The back deck is amazing for star gazing. Big trees. Very quiet. The house had everything we needed. It's close to Pagosa Springs and Durango, but away from the tourist crowds. Two bathrooms made is comfortable for our group. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience. We love Colorado "

"Our stay was great, even though the snow was not so good. The room was good and clean, it would’ve been perfect if they would’ve had toilet paper but the front desk had some. Will definitely come back and would stay in Kendall 345!"

"Perfect spot for 2 people for a few days of snowboarding! Super convenient to everything around the resort. The lift is a minute walk! Check in was a little frustrating, as you check in at the main lodge and they did not have our name on their list, but it got resolved. "

"Condo was conveniently located. The cleanliness needed work. It was apparent that the floors were not cleaned well making it feel not guest ready. The beds were very uncomfortable and pillows were low quality. This is one of the most important features of a guest stay.
