"This place is super close to the Trak and Yak trip which we were in town for. It was a great location right in the middle of town. The only complaint would be the three window AC units did not cool the whole house. At least the evenings were cool to open the windows. Would stay there again, but would bring a fan for the king size bedroom that did not have a window unit."

"This property is really just off the trail. The owner is so nice and accommodating. Loved the bedrooms. Also liked that there were flyers for delivery since we were on bikes and had to come up a large hill to get to the property. Would love to stay here again if ever doing the Gap Trail again. "

"The house was great although we ended up as a much smaller group than anticipated. We intially planned the trip as a halfway point between the Stonycreek festival in Johnstown and the Lower Yough at the Ohiopyle State Park. Most of our club (ADK Whitewater Paddlers) group decided not to make the trip after the heavy rains of last week raised the difficulty level of the local rivers. The few of us that stayed found the house to be clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and to have a homey feel. "

"Great house and great location if the backside of the mountain is open. House has everything you need to entertain all ages. Only complaint is hot water.
