"Direct lake access and view was perfect! House was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would rent this house again in the future."

"A tidy, clean and well appointed apartment located on the ground floor of a home in a residential neighborhood. Occupants enter by walking a stone path to the rear of the home. Lovely wooded backyard makes for a nice view from back patio. The host is first rate. Very communicative and kind. Ideal for the two night stay we had. We would return if back in Concord area again."

"This house is far from being ready to rent. I’ll start by saying it is in a great location and great price. Apparently we must have been the first to rent it because you could tell things were just thrown together in a hurry. It states there are 3 bathrooms, but it’s only 2.5. It states linens are provided and there were 3 washcloths and 4 towels. The house had a very damp and musty smell along with a strong scent of air fresheners to cover up the smell. The carpet and couch are filthy dirty....

"This was a great place for us to stay in the Charlotte area and was a good value. It was clean enough ... though we did need to clean sticky areas off the floor, and wash a glass from the cabinet with greasy fingerprints and food residue on it. I usually wash dishes before I use them in VRBOs anyway, but it was gross. The bed was clean and comfortable and it was great being able to set the thermostat to our liking. "I booked a one night stay for my bestfriends 21st birthday. The host was more than accommodating and nice enough to let me see the house in person a couple days before since I put decorations up and wanted to see how it would be set up. There was 3bed rooms with 2 queen size beds and king size bed, with 3 bathrooms, 2 extra air mattresses. We had about 20 people over and there was more than enough room for parking and there was lots of towels for the jacuzzi. House had lots of kitchen ware and...

"Home/pool/spa were amazing! The upstairs bunk room and play room were perfect for our grandchildren. Beautifully decorated. Lots of little details that are not always available in other rental homes. Best place our family has stayed in the past 6 years, hands down and Kim was very responsive and personable. Upstairs suite would be a PLUS PLUS for family gatherings as you have privacy in your own sitting area, etc up there. Would not recommend for someone with climbing issues/knees/hips etc as steps go up to the main floor and then lots of steps to top suite. But we are in our mid 70s and did NOT have any issues of same. Recommend this VRBO, we do. "

"It was an idyllic weekend getaway with my daughter at Robin’s Nest. Our favorite part was looking forward to spectacular sunsets on the terrace that sits above the lot! The terrace had plenty of comfortable furniture where we could enjoy the view, eat, listen to music and talk. "We really enjoyed our stay. We were a family of 6. The house was clean. There was plenty of room inside and out side. We caught plenty of nice size cat fish and crappies. The only down fall was the 2nd day there the water looked stale & murky but cleared up the next day. So we did get to enjoy the lake. "
