"The property is absolutely fantastic! The location is so private yet close to the beach and town! Your are absolutely surrounded my stunning scenery and the house is immaculate! We could not have asked for a better property for our family trip. The photos really do not do it justice! "

"What a fun way to spend our time in Charleston! Yacht is docked permanently in a gated marina with easy but safe access. Unobstructed views of the Ashley River drinking coffee in the mornings and watching dolphins play at sunset while rocking in huge rocking chairs on the main deck. Inside was spacious, plenty of extra linens, single cup Kuerig, fridge and freezer, pull out sofa, and convertible kitchen booth/bed. Bathrooms were great, large master with full size tub/shower. Water never went...

"Wonderful home for a family vacation. Open floor plan on 2nd floor kitchen and family room. Bedrooms and bathrooms galore. Pool was just right for post beach cool offs. "

"What a fantastic week we had at this beach house. We loved the location- right on the gorgeous beach. It was perfect weather all week too. We also liked that we could visit Charleston so easily. The home had a well stocked kitchen for family dinners. The home is spacious for a large gathering. We had one minor repair which was fixed immediately. Thanks for helping to create a week full of lovely memories! "

"The condo was lovely except that the murphy bed opened up such that one person was against the back wall, meaning you had to climb out of the bottom of the bed and over a couch arm if you needed to get up in the middle of the night."

"This was the perfect beach house for our family! My husband and I were celebrating my retirement with our children and grandchildren. The layout of the house was perfect, with large bedrooms that each had private full baths. The outdoor deck spaces were incredible, and the beach access was literally right outside our door! We would love to go back to this wonderful home again and again."

"A very cozy and clean experience, from start to finish. The one concern we had going into this was the shared bathroom, however, it was well maintained and clean throughout the entire trip. Communication with the property manager was fast and thorough every time! 10/10 would recommend to anyone going to Charleston. "

"The cottage was great for us. We were in town to attend a football game at the Citadel. The location was convenient to everything. Will and Tricia provide the small details that make for a pleasant stay like coffee pods, shampoo, and even a bottle of wine! They are wonderful, gracious hosts! Peace and Love!"

"We really enjoyed our stay!! The suite was beautifully furnished and the bed was very comfortable. It was lovely to be able to be poolside after our wonderful adventures in Charleston!! Thank you for all your Southern hospitality!!"

"There is no better beach front home on the SC coast for a better deal than this absolutely delightful property. Huge porch, with ample seating and million dollar views of the ocean and the sunset. Who could ask for me. We especially loved having dinner on the back deck each night. "

"Absolutely gorgeous house with the most beautiful enchanted setting. Easy to get to the beach and wonderful bike paths. One minor complaint is that they were not upfront about the extra charge for heating the pool and the hot tub. That said it was not necessary for our visit. Otherwise, they are very accessible and reply to any concerns readily —definitely would love to come back."
