If you bring your pet, please note a pet fee and damage fee are charged on top of the rental price. It was a very nice area to walk our small dog. The owner was friendly and helpful. "We had the absolute best experience in a VRBO that we have ever had! Top to bottom stocked with everything you need and wish other rentals would have! Perfect for families. We loved the location close to family and convenient to groceries, parks and campuses. Walkable neighborhood that we took advantage of every evening. Washer and dryer were a bonus that we used frequently! We cooked and grilled most nights. Owner was great and available for any questions. Such a perfect week. 10/10! "

"I was in contact with property owner through the app. Great communication. It was great to be able to keep our pets for the evening. The unit was air conditioned before we arrived and the owner had water for us. Perfect for our stop over in Terre Haute."

"Listing was accurate, house was very clean and comfortable. Fenced in backyard was nice for the kids to play without worry. Fireflies in the yard were an awesome experience for my kids. Close to the grocery, downtown, and Deming Park. Would definitely stay again. "

"We had a wonderful stay for three nights! The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil and pan you could imagine! The balconies were perfect for enjoying your meals with a view! The beds and furniture were very comfortable! There were movies and games for us to utilize during our downtime in the evenings! And my gamer kid and phone addicted teens had no issue utilizing the wifi! Highly recommend!"

"We had a wonderful stay for our weekend getaway! What a unique property. We loved exploring the school, and the fact that it was pet friendly was an added bonus. Our pup loved the gymnasium. We took advantage of the shuffleboard table and played some pool as well.The location was perfect for our plans to visit the state parks. We are already planning our next trip."
