"Lots of room and bed space, but no fitted sheets on the beds.We were quite hot and when we tried to turn on the ac the room filled with smoke and the fire alarm went off. I was told there were parking passes in the room but never found any and didn’t hear anything from the host when I inquired. Fortunately we didn’t get a ticket or fine, but we did get a warning letter on our car.The pool and hot tub area were extremely dark and covered so we decided not to use them.Host never responded to most...

"The room was really nice and loved the area! My only issue was because we used Expedia the hotel said that they only help with check in but nothing else and I had to contact a different company with a phone number to get house cleaning or anything else. Unless there was a fire then they would assist us. Just felt like they are annoyed you are there without booking with the hotel themselves. The room was nice and the hot tub was perfect!"

"Very clean, personable owner. Great communication. Hot tub great. Great place to stay if you want to be in Big Cottonwood Canyon. We would stay here again if it fit our needs for sure. Thanks for a great stay!"

"Had a great stay! The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, the amenities were exactly what I needed, and everything was in great working order. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making check-in and check-out quick and easy. Overall, it was a relaxing experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"
