  • Esta actualizada y bien cuidada casa de estilo victoriano con sus cautivadoras vistas al mar, se encuentra de alta en dos acres de terreno al final de una calle apartada. El apuesto porche ofrece un lugar de descanso para disfrutar de unos jardines bien cuidados, las emblemáticas torres gemelas del faro de la isla de Thacher, escénico Loblolly Cove y el océano más allá.


    El comedor en la espaciosa cocina es el área de reunión perfecta donde los cocineros designados pueden preparar comidas deliciosas y nunca perder de vista el océano. Una amplia sala de estar contigua a la gran comedor con su generosa mesa y asientos para 10. Arriba, se encuentra un montón de habitaciones para toda la familia. Dos dormitorios reina, un completo / doble y dos habitaciones que tienen dos camas individuales.


    Después de un día en la playa, se puede disfrutar de nuestra nueva ducha al aire libre para limpiar la arena. El amplio patio trasero permite un montón de espacio para juegos de césped, actividades familiares al aire libre y la diversión. Caminar hasta Loblolly Cove donde se puede poner en su kayak o Paddler o nadar en dos playas de arena a sólo media milla de distancia. El pueblo de Rockport está a sólo 1 1/2 millas de distancia con sus galerías de arte, tiendas de antigüedades, tiendas de regalos, restaurantes, una sala de cine y el famoso Shalin Liu centro de artes escénicas. Otras atracciones atractivas incluyen las numerosas canteras de granito, Halibut Point State Park, los senderos que conducen al océano y la hermosa costa rocosa.

Me and my 9 girlfriends came for a long weekend to celebrate my bachelorette and this house was perfect! It has space to fit all of us (and then some more), it was a gorgeous home, the views were immaculate. We arrived a little earlier than scheduled and the team got us to check in early, and when one of the girls forgot something the cleaning team waited at the house for me to go back and grab it. They also helped jumped one of my friends car that died ! The team was amazing, the house was stunning everything about it was perfect. I highly recommend this place if you’re traveling with a big party !

Beautiful view

Our family loved staying here, enjoyed spending time on the porch with the beautiful view. The pics on the website do not do it justice and bedrooms are equipped with many more doubles. We were there during hot weather and only complaint we would have is the lack of air conditioning on the 3rd floor. Beautiful view on the 3rd floor and great bed space, just too warm

Incredible View

I do hope that the owner of this beautiful Victorian home reads this review. The positives: The washer/dryer was a fabulous surprise that was not clear in the listing. Lovely location for this private home down a dirt road, the porch absolutely makes the home and we spent the majority of our time there. The ever changing view and sunrises over Thatcher Island are incredible. The cafe lights and the hammock on the porch are lovely. Another positive for a big group is the multiple bedrooms, three toilets, two showers and ample room in the house. What I found disappointing is that the guest experience in this home can be greatly improved by the owners for probably $500. The screen In the screen door to the kitchen from the porch needs to be replaced. It is fully ripped and flows in the breeze despite someone’s attempt to use masking tape to fix it. The “doormat” at this door is a filthy bath mat???The kitchen, dining and living room areas are very dark. There were three lightbulbs in the kitchen completely out with no replacements around that we could find. The light fixture over the kitchen table has three working lightbulbs of extremely low wattage, they should be replaced and two more lamps in the living/dining area would make a world of difference. We bought knives because we could not cut through cooked chicken for dinner one night with the knives in the kitchen. Lastly, the toilet seat in the downstairs bathroom needs to be replaced. It is worn and discolored. This is a lovely house, just needs some TLC.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our family, especially our kids, had a good time at Seacroft. Our little kids loved exploring its various nooks and crannies as well as the abundant outdoor space. Location is good too with an easy walk down to Loblolly Cove and even Pebble Beach. Our biggest gripe was that the property and its contents are dated. The beds were comfortable but mattresses could use some flipping.

There was plenty of room, the kitchen was adequately equipped, the view was spectacular, and we had some lovely evenings on the porch. When we called AVH with questions they were answered promptly. This place is a jewel, and we'd recommend it without hesitation.

A story book house!

The house is old and quirky but has a great deal of character. A great view from the veranda over Thatcher Island. Also plenty of outdoor space for the kids to play.
