Back from a day filled with brand-new adventures, settle down in the home's updated living room complete with comfortable seating and a Smart TV. Steps from here the well-equipped kitchen boasts all of the nifty kitchen gadgets you'll need to whip up delicious dishes. Dining is also made a breeze at the high-top dining table.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Long weekend in Rockport

Decided to stay here for a long weekend to visit Salem in October and to visit some coastal towns. Location was great. Walking distance from both Rockport train station and downtown. Quiet neighborhood. Biggest downside of this place is it is mediocrely stocked (example, mini shampoo/ conditioner) and you are working with a third party org not an individual. I contacted Vacasa to ask where is the hair dryer that was listed & they said check the cabinets. I told them I already had and never heard from them again. So expect little help from them on specifics.

This was a cozy and comfortable place that was just right for me and my two kids. Off the beaten path and away from the noise, but walkable to everything. We had a wonderful time.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay in Rockport. Home was tiny but fit our needs. Well stocked with towels, blankets, pillows etc. Town, beach and playground all within walking distance so it was great to keep our kids entertained. Such a great town to explore and close to Gloucester which was a fun day trip as well.
