"We decided to stay here for a couple nights for the Duluth Airshow as it was nearby. It was wonderful. Staff was attentive and respectful. The room was clean and ac was working well. The beds were comfy and two types of pillows were offered (firm and soft). The only con is that the walls were a bit thin and could easily here people above us stomping around. "This was a beautiful stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was quite comfortable. Never had a chance to check out the lounge. Breakfast was a bit sparse, but it was at least offered. Only downside was that we were not aware that daily housekeeping was not offered. I suppose we were supposed to ask for it. We ended up leaving early for reasons unrelated to the facility, so we never did inquire about the housekeeping schedule."

"We have stayed here twice now. Not too crowded. The scrambled eggs actually taste good. There is an additional sink outside of the bathroom, which is great for when you need to get ready while the bathroom is tied up. Pillow lovers will appreciate that there are 4 pillows for each queen bed."

"This was a very cute hotel! Nice deco and close to Canal Park. It would have been nice to have a top sheet for the sofa bed. There may be people who don’t use one but us seniors do. Please put one on the bag for next time."

"A real nice jacuzzi but it took help to get hot water. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Overall a very nice stay. A lot of hiking trails almost out the back door. I would recommend this place"

"The price of our room was the biggest disappointment. If I pay 300.00 I expect an updated bathroom and comfortable beds. Also, there were ants in our room, in one of the beds and on the desk top. When we checked in somehow they showed our reservation was cancelled, but I had my printout of the Expedia reservation and they found a room for us. The staff was friendly. They need to remodel everything in the room and the bathroom vent didn't keep the moisture away. We felt like we couldn't wait...

"Good place to stay and absolutely fabulous location that is minutes from all the cool stuff to do in Duluth and Superior. I just wish they had a water fountain to refill water bottles and that we could connect more than two devices to the WiFi. Hard to get good cell phone signal sometimes."

"Could not figure out where the parking was. Said parking was behind building but no spaces all day. Did find secure parking down the street next to the casino."

"The rooms were clean. This hotel thought through how many outlets people typically need and it was refreshing. I don't have to bring my own power strip. The hotel is located in an ideal place, right off the freeway but just outside the crowded downtown area."
