"Not impressed. This hotel is looking run down. The carpet was pretty awful, the room looked like a motel, and they charged $12 a night to park in a normal parking lot. This isn’t in the middle of a busy city center and parking wasn’t hard to find. Felt like a scam."

"I was searching for a room at a reasonable rate. Comfort Inn was priced just right for my lower budget. Because of this, I expected the property to be below average. I was pleasantly surprised how clean and well run it was. The room was clean and fresh and the bathroom was clean and fully functional. The parking lot was very big, and I was allowed to park my travel trailer that I purchased during my trip on the property with no issues. The front desk staff were all very accommodating to my...

"We have stayed at this hotel several times and have always liked the hotel itself and its convenient location. However, it is clear that the property has become somewhat neglected over time, which is disappointing.
In addition, parking has recently become an extra charge, which was disappointing. The breakfast also leaves much to be desired, as the quality is quite low.
Overall, we still appreciate the hotel and its location, but we hope the management will address these issues and improve the...

"We arrived at breakfast 1 hour prior to it's end time. The dining room was full of guests and there was no food left. I inquired at the front desk, and was told to find the breakfast attendant in the dining room. However, I did not find any breakfast attendant, which is why I went looking in the lobby. It was not the breakfast advertised."

"The front desk employees were very helpful. However, I had several issues with the room. The walls are very thin and I could hear the tvs from the rooms next to me.
I hung the "Do not disturb" sign on the door. When I returned, housekeeping had entered the room but did very little cleaning. They didn't restock coffee, wash clothes and towels. I had to ask them to clean the room. There was makeup on my pillowcase and the floors were dirty. They had a sprinkler inspection for a Thursday and...
