"We stayed here for a graduation at LMU. Uncle Ernie's was one of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed in. It was clean, comfortable and convenient. The hosts have thought of everything to make your stay fantastic. Communication was top notch. I would book this every time I went if I still had a student at LMU."

"The cabin was quiet and secluded. As several reviews mentioned, there is a friendly dog that visits, but was not bothersome. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. All the amenities were as stated, including plenty of games. The location is also very convenient to Holly Bay Marina and the spillway beach. "

"The driveway is a challenge due to some pretty big potholes and being steep with a sharp turn. We had an SUV so it wasn't too bad but a smaller vehicle might have struggled more. Other than that, everything was great. We didn't fully take advantage of all the outdoor space but it is really nice. The indoor space was nice and had everything we needed. There was plenty of linens. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. "

"Great property! So relaxing. It was our 40th wedding anniversary and it was so welcoming coming into with a plate of cookies and a happy Anniversary note. Our dogs loved the big front porch "

"My wife, teen and young adult children, and I had a wonderful time at this home in Corbin. The home is so private, on a quiet cul-de-sac with a pool and back yard shielded by a gentle hill and acres of rolling land between the neighbors. There was planet of room, hot showers, comfortable beds, easy access to town and the river adventures, and we had a lovely stay. "

"This was the perfect place for us. Husband and I came for a family reunion but wanted to spend a few extra days in the area and go to Cumberland Falls. This is in a very quiet peaceful area but also not far from some towns along Rt 27 and close to activities at the state park. The hosts were very accommodating and had everything we needed in the property for a comfortable stay. "
