"The cabin is absolutely beautiful and fully equipped with everything and anything needed. What an awesome family escape from the hustle and bustle of a fast paced life. Spend some quality time with your family telling ghost stories at the fire pit, playing board games, and taking hikes in the woods. Then cuddle up on the comfy couch, share your experiences in the cabin log and watch a movie together. I highly recommend this cabin! "

"The location was perfect for our trip. Branford is a very quaint town with lots to see and great places to eat. We came back to CT from SC for our son's wedding on the shore by the ocean and a baby shower at Stony Creek Brewery. This cottage is in the perfect location and has huge potential! "After a small glitch to begin the stay, which the owner responded to quickly, it was a pleasant stay. The living area, kitchen and dining area are very nice. So is the front porch and the fire pit is also nice although we did not use it. The half bath on the first level was a nice plus. The stairs to the second floor bedrooms are a challenge for elderly "

"We needed a last minute place to stay for one night and this place fit the bill. The place was clean. The amenities were sparse but we didn’t need to do any cooking. The only issue was that the apartment is right above a large industrial electrical outdoor trash dumpster and workers were disposing of trash at 3:00am. The machine was loud but the workers were also audible. It happened again at around 8:30am. Not sure if this is a daily activity as we were only there the one day. "

"The location was fantastic.Check-In, Parking and Check-Out easy.The images of the condo were misleading.- cockroaches were present- Floors were not swept- sofa bed sheets were still on bed and unwashed- makeup on the pillow cases from the pullout couch and the hair dryer bag- bedside furniture had broken drawers- one kitchen chair was extremely wobbly- kitchen table light did not workWe will not staying here again."

"House was very clean and slept all 7 of us comfortably! Pool and firepit were nice to have and enjoy. Would absolutely book this house again if I ever needed. Just be sure to ignore the unkind neighbor signs, they don't reflect on the property at all. "

"This was the perfect space for our family. I read reviews about the steep steps and small bathroom but neither were a problem for us. Everything was clean, it was well stocked and the host was responsive prior to our trip. I did not have to contact himnduring the trip for anything. "
