"The room was clean but be aware that this location is a bit sketchy. It’s the kind of location where police hang out near the lobby.
To be clear, we did not have any issues with our stay, but I was taken aback by the police activity."

"Stay away if you can. Very dirty. Sofa cover was super dirty and never been cleaned. We can’t even seat. You can see the dirty cover then the bedsheets are dirty. First they give us room 511 once I opened the sofa bed I see used water bottle and lotion bottle etc. they don’t even change the bed cover. They just closed the sofa bed without changing the cover. Then I went to the front lady and I told her everything then she give us room 705 and it’s same thing. Sofa bed cover so dirty and...

"Excellent location outside of downtown Baltimore. Easy to access anything and everything. Lots of shops, grocery, and restaurants within minutes. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and made check-in and out simple. Plenty of parking on the property. Nice breakfast and coffee 24/7. Plenty of snack and beverage choices in the lobby. Would definitely book this spot again."

"This location is my go-to when going to Baltimore or staying overnight after a concert at the CFB Bank Arena. Parking can be hard if you're trying to do valet, but there is also a parking deck directly across the street that you can safetly park at. Staff here are friendly and helpful, amenities are wonderful, and overall it's a comfortable, enjoyable stay with a delicious breakfast available in the morning and coffee/water available all day. Highly recommended!"

"The free shuttle to and from the airport and the train station was so helpful and the driver was awesome! The front desk staff was super helpful as well. The only downside we noticed is that the room was humid and the carpet felt damp. Otherwise it was just what we needed after a long travel day!"

"The mattresses should have been replaced a long time ago.We had several families staying there and they all said the same thing. Also to have to pay $5.00 for the same breakfast that I get at any other hotel for free is ridiculous. The elevator needed service which I had to tell the staff to do something about because it was making so much noise that we didn’t feel comfortable riding in it. I will not be staying at a Holiday Inn again if this is how your hotels are maintained"
